Disappointed in the service at this store. I was told that I would be contacted about a special order and I received no call, message or otherwise. I made it clear that I had limited time and needed to know quickly if the item was available to be ordered. When I went back to the store to return the item and let them know to not to worry about the order they apologized which was nice but was disappointing. The next evening I received a phone call apologizing and stating they tried to call and my VM was full, which is not possible. So now I’m even more irritated that an excuse/lie was made.
