Red Lobster — Restaurant in Tigard

Went there Sat. and we were seated right away in the bar section. Very friendly attentive waiter. Had my favorite blackened salmon ceasar salad, delicious 😋. Hubby had blackened salmon with rice and broccoli. Always love the biscuits of course. Love Red Lobster 🦞 Today 27th of July Went to Red Lobster Tigard, had my same meal as above. Super good and our waitress Adia was the nicest ever, super attentive und big smile 😀 you go girl. Will go again. BTW been going there for over 20 years.😋❤️⚘️ Went there on 21st Sept. for Lunch, we had our usual Lunch, super delicious! And I want to let Red Lobster Management know that we were waited on by one of the nicest waitresses (Isabella), she should get a raise. Keep your smile going girl 👧 ☺️

Went there on March 7th! First time bad experience only because of the front hostess who got extremely rude because we didn't want to sit where she wanted us to sit! After she had seated us we got a look from her, oh my goodness! Awful!!!😡 Btw. ( she also did it to another couple)!! We've been going there for over 20 years and this was an extremely unfriendly visit!!! We are taking a break for sure!!!

22nd of Nov. We've been going there for the last several weeks again, and we had a very nice server numerous times now (Jaden). Very attentive friendly young man. Our food totally delicious 😋 hands up to the cook. We just love Red Lobster 👍😋👌

Had our usual lunch today, as always very delicious. Today extra delicious. Blackened Salmon was sooo yummy. Thank you to Jadyn ( hope I spelled his name right) for being such a polite and friendly waiter. He definitely deserves recognition 👏

Mother's Day 11th May 2025 Went today for lunch. Had our same dish as always. We did not like the Salmon. Was not fresh, also had asked blackened, as we always do, not even close. We were very disappointed. Sad, as it was supposed to be a special lunch. We've been going there for more than twenty years now, and we consider ourselves as good customers. But today was just a disappointment. I added a photo, for you can see the dish. Salmon was white, had grizzle on both sides, tasted awful, not blackened. 😢

My boyfriend and I went to Red Lobster for his birthday the other night. We were seated quickly by a tall male (who appeared to be the head host possibly) and we communicated with him that it was my boyfriends birthday and that we wanted cake and a birthday song, which he seemed stoked about. This was where the positive experience ended. 25 or so minutes go by, and we have been completely ignored. Tables around us have been sat down and attended to, with drinks and menus, or to go boxes, or the check. We don’t even have water. The tables around us were tables of 3-4, and we were just a table of 2. We were finally able to order drinks when everyone else around us had already been taken care when we were seated before them. Ashley with blue hair is the one who we saw being attentive to everyone around us before even acknowledging us and letting us know it was not busy. By the time we got our drinks, people who had been seated after us were already receiving food. Ashley checked our ID’s and we ordered an alcoholic fruity drink. When we got it, it tasted good but there was definitely no alcohol in there and was 100% a virgin drink. And after we were told it wasn’t busy, groups around us were finishing their food and proceeding to pay before we even received our food. We’d been there for about an hour and a half at this point. The food was decent. Once finished, we asked for the birthday cake and song, which Ashley seemed surprised about and had clearly not been communicated to (and this was after we’d heard two other groups being sang happy birthday to). We got our cake, they sang to us, we paid and left. Overall, an experience I’ve never had. The service...

Apparently the worst place to celebrate a birthday. We made a reservation for my moms birthday on the phone and the lady who answered didn’t even ask for a name so we have to call back and she apologized. We even check the phone number since she was so bad at taking reservations.

Well we arrived, there’s no reservation, and hostess was very rude, never apologized to us, treat us like liars even when we showed the two phone calls and she even corrected my brother english.

My brother asked for the manager, he also never apologized, his excuse was that he wasn’t the employee who answered the call and didn’t know who she was. What kind of manager is he who only represent himself? We just wanted a sincere apology but, nothing!

We stayed since going to another restaurant would implied a lot of work with my two year old.

Anyway, we had to wait 30 minutes with my impatient toddler and the whole interaction ruined the mood of the party.

The food was nice and the waiter and his team were awesome.

The atmosphere sucks, too many empty tables and while the restaurant is full of people waiting, definitely another understaff restaurant. Also, it is too dark the lights are very poor, chairs can be uncomfortable to some, although, the booths look better.

So to Red Losbter, the manager and hostess on Sunday, August’s 27 2023 at 4 pm were pretty terrible at their jobs. And also all this is thanks to the great job of the lazy lady answering the phone on Thursday afternoon.
