Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park — Local services in Toledo

Our 7 year old daughter received gift cards for Christmas. My gf, daughter, daughters friend, and I were to meet another family there. We arrived about 3pm. We went through the process of signing the waiver, buying their socks, and the normal course of action to get started. The girls were excited.

It didn't take long to notice not only was Urban Air understaffed, but the workers they did have were no older than 16. I honestly did not see an adult working anywhere.This led to poor management of lines and oversight at attractions on the floor. Kids cut in line with no-one to stop them everywhere. The young workers seemed to careless about anyones safety at several attractions.

At the jump, duck, and dodge the young girl overseeing it left it totally unattended once our daughter and friend found there space. So instead of each person with there own space, there was complete mayhem, with way too many kids in there and no one to stop them while that pole was swinging around. I wasn't too impressed. I didn't feel it was my job to run their business and I wasn't trying to discipline someone else's kid.

This seemed to be the case to some degree at about each attraction. We went to the climbing section next. Waited patiently watching each person climbing the multiple routes, different objects, and ladder area. We finally got our turn. I watched the girls climb the wall and then I did as well. With 3 other courses left to do I was told by a teenage worker to get out our time was up. I was shocked. There was no clock. We did one of the 4 courses.

I was loosing my patience and decided to go sit in the car and leave the two girls with my girlfriend for awhile. Of course I couldn't get outside before a poor kid broke his leg over at the basketball hoop. He was getting carted out in a wheelchair by a teenager working there. The worker didn't seem to know much about first aid.

I took a break outside, when I came back in an already busy Saturday was totally packed. I told my gf I'd wait out in the car as it was too crowded, loud, and I didn't feel like standing on concrete floors in my socks any longer.

At approximately 7 pm everyone inside was kicked out of Urban Air Adventure Park in Toledo. Apparently teenagers were fighting and one of them made death threats to come back and shoot the place up. Looking back there would have been nothing to stop him. No adult workers, no security guards, no metal detectors...

On the drive home I was glad we all survived the night. No one had broken bones, although my gf is suffering whiplash from the go cart track. She was rear ended while at a complete stop by you guessed it a teenage employee. She didn't mention that until we were on I 75 South.

I knew going in this was kinda enter at your own risk. And reminded when I signed my life away on the waiver. I guess I expected better management and professionalism from the staff. It seemed more like I was at a daycare center for unsupervised kids from the not so good area of Toledo from ages 6 to 16 who were dropped off by their parents to rule as they liked with no one to stop them. By the time the cops came it was too late everyone had to leave.

Review: I recently visited Urban Air in Toledo and had a mixed experience. While there were some attractions that were unfortunately closed during my visit, I must commend the staff for their exceptional customer service and their efforts to make our visit enjoyable.

The staff members at Urban Air Toledo were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our time there. They were readily available to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The level of customer service provided truly made a positive impact on our overall experience.

Although we were disappointed to find that certain attractions were closed, Urban Air Toledo quickly resolved the issue by kindly comping our tickets. Their willingness to compensate for the inconvenience demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction and making things right.

Despite the closures, the open attractions were enjoyable and provided a fun experience. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the efforts put into ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for visitors.

While my visit may not have been perfect due to the closures, the staff's responsiveness and willingness to accommodate made up for the inconvenience. I believe Urban Air Toledo has the potential to be a fantastic entertainment venue and hope that all attractions are consistently available in the future.

I recommend giving Urban Air Toledo a chance, especially considering the exceptional customer service we received. Hopefully, with improved operational management, all attractions will be fully accessible, providing an even better experience...

If you plan on visiting "urban air" with little children, you're going to need to have eagle eyes.

The facility is understaffed for all the children running around. There are so many kids in such a small space. The facility is huge. However, the jumping area/play area competes with; climbing wall area, gokarts, food court and seating for birthday parties.

The day we went, many of the jumping areas were closed, so everyone was congregating in the open areas. The gokart area was closed and there was one person working in the food court.

The playground area which includes slides and a jungle gym from bottom to top, as it were, is designated for children 52 inches and smaller. However, there are high school kids plowing the little kids down at every turn. Staff is impossible to find and by the time staff is found, the "big kids" have moved onto another space.

Sock rule not enforced...we saw kids wearing "sky zone" socks, "one person per trampoline" multiple kids in one trampoline square. There were kids there that appeared to be unsupervised. Either the children were dropped off and left or the parents were sitting in the "massage chairs" that line the outter wall. No one was enforcing the time limit on jumping so more and more kids arrived and no one was leaving.

The list goes on and on. There's just too much going on and a poor staff to customer ratio.

The building is kept very dark with loud music and lights. Very over stimulating and hard to have conversation. The kiddos had fun, but not without obstacles; both closure of areas and big kids. We won't be returning. 10 out of 10 do not recommend...
