I really would not even give this store a star! I've been a customer with Aarons for about 10 years and never have i ever had a problem until today! First they have giving my information out on my account to otherpeople whom are not on my agreement! Second, they also gave my ex husbands information out to thqt same person whos his address was the same as mine and that persons but no last names are alike! We all have different last names so how did they even know he was my ex husband! We never had an agreement together. Third, i called today to let thek know that the 3rd person informed me of my information giving out they said theyd have the manager Jody give me a call. Let me jist tell you that i will never ever purchase anything with this store again! He was very rude told me to shut up because at law he was able to question who ever he wanted because of us having the same address or whatever! No sir! Absolutely not my informqtion is my information we are divorced and have been for 3 years. He told me i was not making since when clearly he waa not making since the way he was speaking to me qnd hes suppose to be the manager! I explained to him my house hold is covid positive qnd its hard for me to go up to the atore or to the bank or to work even! I have the email where its stating im not lying about this and believe me i did not ask for this to happen to myself nor my children he hung upnon me because i told him not to tell me to shut up and when he qqnted to act professionql he could call me or have someone professional call me because clearly hom and I were not going to be able to talk! Which leads us to this matter: My mother leased a laptop through Aarons, which was a gift to her grandson for home school, and now passed along to myself. This winter has caused a strain on my parents finances, they own a construction/housemoving business, income has been scarce. We discussed letting the laptop go back, but did not like that idea due to all the payments already made towards owning it, I agreed to pay what I could against it. I called Aarons rental in Tomball TX and made a one time payment with my debit card, trying to help my mom at least get caught up on the bill. Little to my knowledge Aarons saved my debit card information and took it upon theirselves to draft out 2 payments of $183.19 totaling to $366.38. This business was never authorized to charge my card, I am not on the lease, nor do I have any dealings with them. This is theft, by a business, it should be corrected immediately and prevented from happening to other people/potential customers.

Read moreI came in a week ago to get a dresser and night stand. The one I wanted they no longer had in store but they did order. Because it was ordered it took an additional week before I would get it delivered. We chose a date specifically on a Friday with a time span between 1 and 7. The day comes I’m excited it’s 4 pm I decided to call and just make sure there were no delays. At this time I was told my delivery was for Saturday. I said can’t be cause I work Saturday, the manager set the date cause he made a comment about Friday the 13th so I remembered distinctly, then she says well what other day.
