The Only Plaza On The Begining Of South Main Across From THE TORRINGTON LIBRARY..COE PARK... BANK OF AMERICA FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. What STORES are in the TORRINGTON PLAZA...(looking FROM ACROSS THE STREET IN LEFT ORDER TO RIGHT.. (Cause the PLAZA is like a BIG U and the center is the PARKING LOTS..) 99 RESTAURANT & PUB NEW CHINA STAR TAKE OUT RESTAURANT (You can eat there to just limited real limited seating 6 tables of chairs of 2 at each table) -US MARINE CORP. SIGN YP CENTER TABACCO MART STAPLES STORE (OFFICE STORE) -PREMIER (BUY HERE PAY HERE FURNITURE & ELECTRONIC STORE) FURNITURE STORE THE BIG LIQUOR STORE -JOANNE FABRICS -SALLY BEAUTY SUPPLY PAYLESS SHOE STORE TOMBSTONE ICE CREAM PARLOR DENTAL PLACE (**IT's NEW DON'T KNOW NAME-BUT THEY ARE OPENED FOR BUSINESS). OLYMPIA SPORTS -FASHION BUG DOLLAR GENERAL STORE TJMAXX (FAMILY CLOTHING, WOMAN'S SHOES, SNEAKERS, JEWELRY, FURNITURE ASSECORIES, COOKWARE, BEAUTY PRODUCTS, & LUGGAGE), MONROE MUFFLER DOMINO'S PIZZA.. TAKE OUT... CITY PIZZA EAT IN OR TAKE OUT RESTAURANT... (2 (TWO) PIZZA RESTAURANTS RIGHT BESIDES EACH OTHER..(WOW WELL...ONE IS FAST FOOD, TECHNICALLY IT'S CALLED THAT, THE OTHER AN EATRY..THE FOODIES WILL LUV THAT ONE!)... The above are the stores that are currently there as of February 2017... I will update this commentary when a store closes or moves in.. I think a PLAZA that is going to advertise on Google then one would think there would be a list of the shops that are inside the shopping center no? Anyone agree? So being an active Google Commentary with the places in towns, and on Google Maps, where they are also listed and if I have been there I will give my commentary... Hope this...

We visited the Tobacco Mart located in the Plaza. We are not from that area , or CT for that matter. Because we looked at many products the owner of the store called the employee and asked why we were looking g to long at products. The owner watched us in his Video Cam6at home. We were then questioned why we were looking at products and did not understand why we were being asked. WE explained we did not live in CT and could not buy the products we were looking at in our home area. WE did feel un easy and perhaps some Racial Profiling might ha e occured. And when we asked to shop the cigars in the humidor, we were only granted a few minutes, other wise had to look through the glass. Is that a rule in CT?? Is that a state or City ordinance? I do not know, how ever, we were hesitant to buy supplies we needed for our journey, but bought anyway due to convenience. I had to give this place a 1 star to get to this part. WHEN TNE TRUTH IS, they should receive Zero stars because they are rude and they Racially Profiled us! If that is the kind of people that you want to do business with and give them your hard earned money, go for it, have at it and good luck with that! Personally I would rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere. And if I were the owner of that shop, and or the owner of the Plaza, I would be Embarrassed and appalled by the the behavior...

I thought I posted a review already about how well maintained this plaza is for the being one of the more stressed plazas. I'm actually surprised that the property management has been able to keep up giving that there's a few vacancies. Usually that's enough for the average plaza to start facing financial issues. I've seen plazas where they never bounce back and usually have a higher crime rate. This plaza is safer and we'll kept. I'm pleased with the efforts of the property management. I don't know who they are but I would like to thank them for being conscientious of the...
