I cannot say enough good things about B&B. I feel extremely fortunate to have been referred to them after many years of being ripped off blind by other jewelers. As a Manhattan resident it is very easy to be lured onto 47th St., as well as other jewelers. It was not until I found Eddie and Ben that I felt 100% trust. They took the time to go over jewelry I had purchased and show me how I had been lied to and overpaid. Aside from having bought gorgeous jewelry at amazing prices, the detail and designs are just beautiful. Every time my husband and I walk in we are always greeted like old friends. No question I love the jewelry but part of the entire experience is really thanks to Angelina one of my new favorite people in the world. Angelina has not only unbelievable style and taste, but she is mature beyond her years. I work in staffing and never have I seen customer service like this. No matter how crazy I drive her and ask her for suggestions she’s always so gracious and funny. She follows up with me, texts me pictures and has basically put together all of my jewelry beautifully. I even texted her a picture of a bag I was buying as she has such great taste. There is nothing she wouldn’t do to accommodate a customer no matter how large or small a purchase…even reaching out on her day off! She actually gets excited by my excitement over a new piece. I really want to hire her, but she won’t leave. Additionally I adore Eddie. One of the owners, he’s as sweet as can be and always does what he can to make one feel comfortable. Yes, their jewelry is absolutely gorgeous at every price range but the overall trust and experience is what takes me out of a city to B&B. Everyone is absolutely wonderful. Eddie and Ben sell beautiful jewelry and provide excellent customer service, their workers I wish I could say the same thing for. They provide poor customer service. I been waiting for close to 3 weeks for my jewelry to arrive after having it polished and a very minor repair on a charm. I was told give it a week. I called every day to check the status after a week and I would get the run around and none of the workers had any idea where my jewelry was at or my ticket number. All I would get is “ Will call you when it’s ready “ you don’t have to call us with snotty attitudes or I was placed on hold for long periods of time. They were not helpful when I was getting worried especially , bc they had my engagement ring . I never got a call or when I asked to speak to Eddie all I would get he’s busy will call you back. After just showing up there comes to find out my jewelry was there all along and now I’m getting another story why I never got a call and so on . Very...

Customer service is second to none. My cousin introduced me to this jeweler and since then I have not been anywhere else. They have every single thing you can ever need from used rolex's and brand new ones to gold cuff links to top GIA certified diamonds and engagement rings. Everything is top quality and anything you can dream of can be made custom.

10 stars if it were possible. Eddy and his brothers make sure they take care of you every minute you are there. No haggling about prices or this or that they always just give you the best price and can always prove to you that it is the best along with top quality.
