
Avoid "service" department at all costs..
We brought a 2018 vehicle which was still under manufacturer's warranty. The car had an airbag software issue that you would think would be resolved quickly.
We picked it up 2 weeks later with even more issues, radio backup camera or touchscreen wouldn't work. We drop it off again and this time they say it would take a long time for them to fix because of backorders etc. so we gave up on fixing the airbag issue to avoid further damage to the car by them.
We kindly asked them to fix the touchscreen which then took them another week..
All in all, 2 weeks for them to damage our car further and another week for them fix the damage they caused while trying to fix the main issue, 3 weeks in total to pick it up in the same condition we...

I had 2 quotes from local repair shops near me and Nissan had the lowest quote. They have a large waiting room if you are waiting for your vehicle, very comfortable . I made an appointment online, and it was very easy and user-friendly, and a lady called me a little later that day to confirm it. Everybody at this location was very nice and professional. They identified the problem, explained to me what needed to be done, and fixed it. If you have to wait, the waiting area is clean, comfortable, and with free WiFi.
