I usually like shopping in Marshals, but my experience in that location I would say was odd. I had been shopping there a few times recently, and both times went to use a fitting room. Ones I picked out items I was interested in i went to try a few thigs on....So wjen i walked out of the fitting room, I saw an employee emptying carts and putting them away, so I had to stop the associate and to led him that that was mine. The second time my cart was not there by the time I came out fromnthe fitting room. When I questioned that, by asking a fitting room attendant, I was toled that that might be the other customer's who did that, so i felt nesessary to bring this to a mangers attention, so they could may be coach their employees not to remove the cards with items in them....As It s very annoying to spend time shopping, pick things up and then...

I bought some pure linen tops but one had a stain on the front. I wasn't sure at first whether to buy, but this was the only one, so I thought maybe they would give a reduction of 10% ( as was the usual discount if there was a flaw ). The Manager Kasia flat out refused to give a goodwill discount and said I should wash it and if the stain doesn't come out, return it for refund. I'd like to know where customer service went to at TJX? The check out girl shoved my goods into a bag without paying attention to even fold nicely. What a shame this store has gone the way of so many others. We need to return to the days of " service ". Wouldn't...

The nice salesperson at the back of the store offered to check the storeroom for me, and she spent ten minutes looking through the stock in the storeroom. She was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, she couldn't find another one, so she told me to take the damaged one to the cashier and see if they would offer a discount. The young man at the register, Derek, was the model of what a helpful employee should be. He paged a manager, and waited patiently while the transaction was taken care of. Each employee I dealt with was helpful, and courteous. I will certainly be going back to this Marshall's...
