Kohl's — Local services in Town of Batavia

This khols on memorial drive isn't one of the largest khols to shop in but it suits my needs and I can find exactly what I need without hunting around fir it because of the smaller size. I use my khols cash which always saves me money and who doesn't enjoy saving money? Today I'd like to focus on an outstanding employee who is a floor associate working for kholes. I received Kyra permission to take a picture of her and told her I'd write an excellent Google review seeing as she went out of her way to help and assist me. The day I went shopping I walked into Kholes I had limited time because I was in between apointments. I spotted Kyra working by the jewlery department and asked where the shoe department was. She immediately directed me by telling me straight back to the store ( by the large sign) turn right and you will see it. Thank you Kyra. Heading back to the store I needed to pick up nylons. Kyra was busy working I asked her where the stocking were. She not only told me were I could find the stocking but walked me over and explained the stocking were going to be discontinued at khols.( apparently at other stores as well. We'll be ordering on line soon) she also offered the information all were on clearance and if I found what I needed I'd get a good deal. And I did! Also if she hadn't taken the time to assist me I wouldn't have found the stockings because both bins of stocking were in different places. Thank you Kyra for the excellent service you provided me with because of it Khols has given me another reason to shop at the store. I do hope Khols appreciates the excellent service and work...

I ordered an online pick up order for the batavia store. For any other retail store when you have an online pick up you walk to the front of the store (front desk) and pick up your order.. convientently Kohls has a big red sign pointing to where online pick up is.. so.. like any other place I didn't think I had to wait in line where the store shoppers were since, online pick up is supposed to be quick and easy. I thought there were 2 different lines. I waited a distance behind the person at the "online store pick up" register. I was rudely informed that we wait in line here, and was asked to go back to the end of the long line with people who had been shopping in store. Way to humiliate your customers!! I was so embarrassed, I would never barge in front of a large line at check out. Very misleading and your online store pick up customer...

I was on a road trip and needed to find a coat right away, and I was driving by this kohl’s and decided to stop in, I’m so happy I did!! The associates here were so friendly and helpful, I think the ladies names were Suzanne and Meghan, I’m so bad with names, but the one woman Suzanne had red eyeglasses on and was working the front counter. I will never forget her, she had such a beautiful aura and a spirit I will never forget, I want her to know that I appreciate her kindness and the confidence she gave me!
