I took my golden retriever to All Pet for the first time on Monday. We asked for a bath and full body trim. When the owner asked if we want her to cut his long hair on his rear, we said to leave it and give it a small trim.
When we picked him up, I asked her how my dog did, and she said āhe did fineā and basically pushed us out. We felt she was rude the entire time.
It wasnāt until we got home that we realized his entire rear fur was GONE, and one half of his behind was buzzed down to his skin. He also had a patch of fur buzzed off to his skin behind only ONE ear.
I called to ask her what happened, and she told me that my dog was moving around during his cut but says she ādidnāt touch any of his behind furā, was incredibly rude on the phone, told me to find a new groomer and hung up on me. She took off about 8 inches for reference.
Stay far away from this place.

I see the owner in previous responses uses the excuse that some dogs are hard to groom. Fortunately my puppy is very easy and has been groomed numerous times before with another groomer without issue. I was also not asked if I liked the haircut or even spoken to besides being told the price I owe. I was also concerned if she was even washed because she didn't have that clean smell, and to be frank it has never taken 1 hour to get her groomed which is how long it was by the time I walked in the door to get her. I am very disappointed and don't know why I paid 50$ for the service, if they let you pay credit I would be have disputed the charge already. I would not recommend...
