The Bigger Bagel & Deli — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

So unfortunately i ordered a bagel last week. Bec and they forgot the bacon. I ordered the turkey club today and they forogt the lettuce. Both orders i ordered on doordash and have gotten $4.75 each time back for the missing items. I left a review on here before on my other account which i have deleted bc i was trying to reply to the rude owner but was unable to reply so i switched accounts. They made a point that i have 3 google reviews and they are all 1 stars trying to discredit me. The fact i only have 3 shows i only review the places that dont sit right with me as most places are decent. I think its rude and ignorant for the owner to be on google responding to the bad reviews and trying to discredit them. Im not going out my way for no reason i could care less. Im going out my way to state they keep missing items that are specifically stated on the menu. So instead of the owner responding and being rude they should be training or double looking their orders better. Thank you. Oh and the owner made a point as to why i didnt call them.... well bc i ordered through doordash and got some money back for it so #1 nothing they could do now as it was a delivery and #2 i work in a medical facility i have more important things to do then call and complain i took the easiest route and went...

We purchase bagels at Bigger Bagel in Miller Place regularly, often purchasing cream cheese at the same time. On Friday, June 7th we did just that. By Sunday the cream cheese was turning yellow and developed green/black mold. When we brought it back and asked for a refund the owner refused, not believing that it was kept under refrigeration. Then he would not give the container back to us. This was weird behavior and unacceptable customer service. (Afraid that we would show the cream cheese to the Bord of Health? We paid for it, why would they not return it to us?)

I cant even compose myself. THE BEST EGG SANDWICH IVE HAD IN YEARS!! I moved out of state and when i come visit, all the other places SUCK! Worst nightmare. I want my eggs super runny and they NEVER are. They always over cook them and theres barely bacon. Im drooling right now in awe. When i opened the sandwich my jaws dropped. Every bite was runny and had a great amount of bacon! Boars head!! Finally my happiness is completed with an amazing sandwich!! Mike the owner def wins an award for makin my dreams come true!!!
