Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Prepackaged ice cream is freezer burned. It was clearly defrosted and refrozen. I went back to the store to return it and was met with a very rude teenager who seemed to take it personally. She was sighing and was clearly annoyed. I realize she is young but maybe she should be taught how to treat customers. A gentelman came into the store and had the same issue with the prepackaged ice cream and he was met with the same angy attitude. I ordered some fresh ice cream and when I got it home, I had basically the same issue. it was gritty and the flavor was way off. I called the store to leave a message for the owner and was told by the store employee that she was on vacation so I wouldn't be getting a call back. Bad experience....will never buy ice cream from the Miller Place baskin...

The Owner should be informed. I have received stale donuts for the last time at this Miller Place Dunkin Donuts. The past 4 to 5 times over the past year. They have served me stale donuts. This time I wanted a donut but I didn''t want to stop there cause I thought it would be stale again. And Sure Enough. 2 stale donuts that taste like day old donuts. I will never go there again.
