I went to a this hair salon in 2023 I got 2 quarters of my hair black and 2 quarters of my hair blonde. The woman that did my hair left the bleach in my hair for an hour to the point where my hair was stretchy and coming out I almost started crying in the chair but at the time I was too nervous to say anything and I really trusted the woman doing my hair and the final product was pretty but fast forward a couple months later I straightened my hair and my cousin noticed my hair was two completely different lengths the side that was bleached was at least 2-3 inches shorter than the other side i didn’t notice right away because she blew my hair out inwards so it wasn’t noticeable and it was also in the back where I couldnt see. I tried everything to fix my hair and to this day my hair is two different lengths I’ve waited for my hair to grow out so I can still keep it long and make it even by cutting it but now I have no choice but to cut it short again which is really upsetting. I should’ve left this review a long time ago but I truly believed I was going to be able to fix my hair. Nothing but superb experience every time I come in. From the moment I walk through the door I am greeted by the lovely ladies at the front desk taking my coat, bag and offering me drinks. All the stylist are professional and talented ! I came in with a multi colored mess of a hair and Tracy exceeded my expectations. She took her time and perfected every strand ! Who would have thought dying my whole head pink and my hair is healthier now than it was before!!! Also I took my mother in law whom lives in Florida when she came to NY after a horror scene happened to her hair in Florida ! And She wanted blonde hair however it was extremely damaged and fried brown hair. Stylist Shannon was honest with her and did not do the blonde but instead did a treatment touch up cut. From the moment you walk through the elegant design of the front double doors, you're welcomed by a refreshing, modern and (especially clean) decor. The vibe and atmosphere is purely "Salon" and screams the word "professional" at the top of its lungs. The stylists are very laid-back but have an exceptional poetic pose to their sense of style and appreciation towards its customers. The lighting is very cool, comfortable and relaxed. There's never too much commotion and if they're very busy, they ALWAYS have their priorities in order.
