My family and i went into uncle joes today the place wasnt packed at all there was maybe 12 people in the place. We waited at the counter for 10 min for the girl who was looking right at me to take our order. We order a salad a pizza garlic knots wings and mozz sticks. Finally 1 hour later we got our wings and mozz sticks. The wings were dry the mozz sticks were good but the sauce they gave with it tasted like jar sauce and made me gag. 25 minutes after that we finally received our pizza which was absolutely disgusting. It was burnt nasty sauce and cheese was weird. 10 min after that we finally got our garlic knots very greasy not much flavor. Finally they forgot our salad. Ww order a family meal for 41 dollars which inclused everything we ordered except the mozz sticks they were $9 and a bottle of soda fpr $5. Somehow they charged us $69. Those numbers dont add upyo me. The staff is not welcoming unfriendly and if u ask them for anything u get a dirty look and an attitude. Im so sorry that u had to stop texting and do your job. The whole staff just stamds around on their phones or talking with each other. All in all i would never go back here and i would tell you dont waste your time or...
Read moreI have celiac, so finding a good place for gluten free food is a challenge. I've ordered a couple of times from Fusilli. Today my order was delivered by Door Dash a half hour before they close and the food was completely wrong. Not gluten free and one meal completely different than I ordered out of 3. Not quite sure what happened there. I called and the manager told me to throw away the food and they would remake it and deliver it to me themselves. 40 minutes later (I live about 20 min from their location, not quite in the delivery area) my food was here. It was all delicious, as I've come to expect their food to be. Fair warning, 3 times I've ordered they have put free bread in my bag. I called and was told the triangle bread is not gluten free. I think it's odd to put regular bread in a completely gluten free order, but just be warned before you eat the bread. If you have celiac and are unsure of anything just give them a call. They have excellent...
Read moreOur first experience here since the ownership change. Same basic set up with the front half being take out and counter service and the back being the restaurant. From memory, the restaurant appeared smaller, really only 8-10 tables. Small but quaint and very clean. We were greeted by our friendly server for our drink order. She brought over a bread basket and place of olive & herbs for dipping. The bread was nice and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, very tasty. The menu was limited, almost too basic for an Italian restaurant. My husband ordered the veal parmagiana dinner. He was served two nice sized cutlets. The veal was very thick, but tender. I ordered the seafood marinara. The sauce was flavorful and the calamari was tender. Only 1 clam was served, which was disappointing. The mussels and shrimp were over cooked and chewy. Our server provided good service. An overall decent experience, basic...
