Island Vapor Wellness — Local services in Town of Brookhaven

First off, I hate writing reviews.... That being said, I have to say the Guys at Island Vapor are the BEST. They have great customer service, always HONEST when it comes to answering questions about the juices. They never try and up sell you, and have tried all the juices they sell and NEVER push anything that isn't top notch. If you come in and ask for something new and the product itself sucks they won't pawn it off on you just to make the sale. I've co.e to trust them so much, that I can come in and asks about what's good and I will but it with out even trying it, cause they get to know every customer as if they have known them for years, and I haven't been steered wrong since coming to them...... I have read about a flavor and asked to get it & they said it wasn't worth my time, so I didn't get it..... but some months later I tried it at another Vape shop & the guy behind the counter Raved about it, only to try it and see it sucked A$$. My unit just died and Bryan set me up with something that for me, cause I'm kinda hard on my equipment.... The new unit I was sold totally fits my harsh dropping and breaking lifestyle..... Purchased a vaporizer and 4 bottles of liquid to try and quit cigarettes from store. At no time was I informed that you are unable to return unopened liquid due to NY State Law or was there a sign up in the store stating such or any mention on the receipt. The vaping thing was not for me so went back to the store to return unopened liquid and cartidges and was told they don't take returns on the liquid. If I had KNOWN/BEEN ADVISED of this policy I would've only purchased 1 bottle of liquid to try it out. Also being that THEY knew there were no returns on liquid and this was the 1st time trying a vape, it should've been suggested by them to just try the one bottle and if I liked vaping to come back and get some more bottles.
