Lovesac — Local services in Town of Brookhaven

Five stars alone does not justify the wonderful experience we had at your store. Maritza is kind, helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to help us with all questions when we arrived at the store. We did a bit of research prior to visiting the store (for months!) and more or less knew what we wanted. She gave us great detail on all specs inside and out. She walked us through the depth, sizes of the couch and cushions, maintenance, dog-friendly options etc. and printed out a map with measurements that was very helpful when we came home. Additionally, Maritza pointed out the Heroes discount which I was eligible for! I’ve never experienced such excellent customer service and assistance especially with a large furniture purchase. We held off buying a couch for awhile since we always feel so pressured when going to a showroom. This was not the case at Lovesac. I truly believe your product sells itself, however, your staff goes above and beyond! We felt truly valued as customers. I called back today to finalize my purchase as Maritza put in the quote for me last night so we could easily access what we went over in the showroom. Once again, she was so kind and helpful with the process and explained everything in great detail. Maritza is a true gem of an employee and we hope that she is recognized for her outstanding knowledge and kind, courteous and professional demeanor. We can’t wait for our Lovesac...

Planning on replacing all of the covers on my 5 piece sectional (getting new color) and requested to have my current sectional information printed out so I knew which sizes I would need, etc. As the sales associate was behind the counter accessing my information, I moved to the side of the counter where this data was coming from.

She said “No, you’re too close to me” and moved away, handing me my papers and doing nothing more. I was astonished and it so so humiliating. This is a salesperson, working the floor. Ya know, people are in close proximity. Unreal.

Already spoke to my girlfriend and told her we’ll be getting swatches and buying the covers from the location @ Walt Whitman Mall. It’s a slight inconvenience being that we’re in Port Jeff Station, but I won’t step foot in that store again.

I can only wonder how many other potential customers this person has completely turned off.

I really hope the Walt Whitman location is under different ownership so I don’t give the Smith Haven Mall location...

As someone who does extensive research before making a large purchase I am very pleased with both the product and the staff I worked with. The staff at the Smith Haven store were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It can be intimidating buying a couch in pieces with different types of fabric and the sales associate I worked with was very patient and professional. She understood this was a big purchase and decision and was also able to alleviate any doubts I had.

The lovesac couch is easily the most comfortable couch I have sampled.

10/10 experience and a 10/10...
