I have shopped your store a couple of times. Today I was able to spend quality time for myself. Amy approached me first as I was looking at a dress. We started to talk and it led to a very pleasant conversation. I was probably in the store for an hour to an hour and a half. She made suggestions and encourage me to try pieces on that she thought I’d be happy with plus accessorized with what I was already shopping for. She had a great personality, respectful, and professional. I have worked my entire life and still currently in customer service/retail and appreciate these traits as I use them every day with my customers, coworkers and anyone I meet. Najla & Lily, along with Amy, we’re excited to see my outfits as I tried them on and I appreciated their honest opinions. Your clothes are so beautiful. I looked good in everything, lol. Still the same, they made suggestions of pieces to add and of course for me to try on smaller sizes. (I am fit, but do tend to pick larger sizes then necessary) Worth noting, I live approximately 40 minutes away. I truly appreciate Madison’s Niche at Stony Brook Village! I can always rely on Madison’s Niche for great clothes and special gifts. Most recently with the help of Kelsey, I was able to find some sentimental beach themed gifts and cute picture frames to add to holidays gifts for my family. It’s always easy for me to find some unique and sweet when I go into the store. From the good smells of candles to cute gifts for special occasions like weddings, new babies or cute trendy outfits, it makes me happy to know Stony Brook village has a great store I can rely on.

I received a beautiful gift from my boss from Maison Niche and it was beautifully wrapped in one of their bags with more tissue paper. When my husband picked the bag up it ripped open and the cake plate broke. It was just too heavy for the bag. I brought it back and you could see that it was still wrapped and the bag was ripped. I asked if they was anything they could do and low and behold they replaced it! This is what small business shopping is all about, the customer service!
