If I could give 10 stars I would. My contractor dropped my fan (24 feet) when installing it and Glenn, Rob and the rest of the staff went out of their way to get new parts for me. They were pleasant, caring and so helpful to me and my contractor. My fan is up, it looks beautiful and works perfectly. What a pleasure to do business there.
