The Paper Store — Local services in Town of Brookhaven

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at The Paper Store in Lake Grove, all because of an employee named Tracie. From the moment I asked for help, she had an attitude, acting like I was inconveniencing her. She barely made eye contact, gave short, dismissive answers, and when I tried to clarify my question, she sighed loudly and walked away without even trying to assist me. I was shocked by how rude and unprofessional she was. If this is how they treat customers, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. On top of that I felt body shamed. I purchased several items, including 2 pairs of ladies pajamas that were sale items. I returned the next day because the pajamas didn’t fit. They told me there were no returns on sale items, Nobody told me that the day before! I couldn’t even exchange for another size.
