Cinnabon — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Worst experience, I placed the order online and when I came to pick my order up. The gentleman I assume is the manager were complaining about having no orders. He proceeded to say it’s the worst day , employees not showing up, there’s no more dough. I am a customer not here to hear all your excuses. Just tell me unfortunately we are understaff and not able to fulfill you your if you like to wait for a certain amount of time or we can cancel your order for you was more acceptable. I swear covid has ruin the good old days where customer service matted! I am never coming back ! During my 2 lunch breaks I would go here to grab a bite. The first time I went I liked what I ordered and it was delicious. The second time I don’t remember what I ordered, but the item I ordered was horrible it literally tasted like bubblegum. That day I lost my appetite and threw it away. After the second visit I never made another visit because the item I got really disappointed and was just so disgusting and I would rate it a 4/10. Bad service. I have requested 4 cinnabon rolls after waiting for 5 minutes in que. The supervisor has told me only I can get two only inspite we were 4 peopls. The only excuse the supervisor gave me that more customers are behind me and I have to wait for 12 minutes more if I want 4 rolls !!.
