Went today for two bowls before I did make my order I went to the cashier and ask a crew member and the lead or manager present if they were honoring the Boorito promotion for everyone. While I was waiting to ask my question I saw AT LEAST 6-7 people that passed before me WITHOUT CUSTOM getting the discount. Then, I proceed to ask my question which they said yes, they told me to make a line and make my order which I did. We order two bowls and we were thinking to pay seperate when we get to the cashier he did not ask us about if we were paying together but instead he ASSUMED that we were going to paid together. He just did one discount on the bowl and charge us full price for the second one even we were separate. He NEVER ASK OR COMMUNICATE WITH US instead just charge that to my card. When I realize the mistake, I asked for an explanation and the crew said one per person. Which is exactly what we asked. He proceeded to give us attitude, disrespect us and said they won’t do anything about it. Even when he was mumbling that yes he should ask us first. He was rushing the process not giving us any solutions and stopping the other person who was actually trying to help us. He raised his voice and rushing the conversation by said not today, I’m not doing that. I asked why I was treated differently than the rest of the people who got the discount. He didn’t have an answer which I do feel discriminated; insulted and wasted my time trying to make things right. I requested a refund of my food since that kind of device and unprofessionalism is not acceptable. He proceed to thew very aggressively the food to the garbage left and come back and still make sarcastic comments like, not today, not doing that for you. As a reasonable customer I left the store without my food even though it wasn’t even my fault. However, the extremely bad service and how discriminated I felt regarding this situation its just reflecting how chipotle is treats to their valued customers. There was no apologize; there was not understand of what situation was, and definetly there were not a solution which is something that a crew member working there should do as basic customer service. The audacity to come back and keep making negative and sarcastic comments were unnecessary. Very disappointed. Please same yourself form a bad experience, specially when so many people is raging one start is must be a reason why. There are other locations with way better customer service and food. Read moreThe food is decent but portions continue to be inconsistent and this place is poorly managed. They have four people standing by the register and one guy putting the burritos, bowls, etc. together. Another problem I have is every time I get a burrito here they absolutely destroy the whole thing into a mess. I don’t get rice or beans on it so it’s not like there’s a lot of toppings but somehow they always manage to rip the burrito and have a good amount of the food fall out onto the table. Which they don’t even put on the side for you but just sweep away. So now I’m paying full price for less food. On a recent occasion I came in they told me they were out of the chipotle honey chicken and asked if I could wait. I said I would. I stepped to the side and let them take other customers. Okay, fine. However, when the honey chicken came out the person working the counter proceeded to take multiple other customers ahead of me and ignored me. I had to shove myself back into the line to be served. I wasn’t hidden. They could see me standing right there if they had but a modicum of awareness. Maybe it’s my own fault for continuing to come back but this place needs to get its act together and do some some sort of training because the service is horrendous and the people here are quite frankly kind of rude. I am always nice and respectful and mind my own business. That’s why I’m writing this review here. The food is decent and I love chipotle/mexican cuisine. But come on. Read moreI ordered a decent size catering order from this location about a week in advance to be delivered Tuesday at 11:45. Mins you I spent $300. At 11:20 I got a call from chipotle asking if I was ready to come pick my order up and said no I paid for delivery. Turns out the manager thought he was calling the delivery service they use and told me he could not get a hold of the driver so I asked him to call me back to confirm the delivery. I waited 15 mins and no call back after being out on hold to speak with the manager again it is now 11:40. The manager showed no remorse or concern and told me he was still trying to get a hold of the driver. Then he asked me if wanted to call the door dash service?? Excuse me sir that is YOUR job?? I got fed up enough to the point that I did call door dash and they had no record of my delivery. After being out on hold she contacted chipotle herself and suddenly told me a driver would be at my office it 5 minutes. Sure enough the driver was there now 30 minutes past my delivery time and my food has been sitting for an hour. Food was good that’s why I will give two stars. We were missing a tray of salsa and only received 18 hard taco shells when we ordered both hard and soft for a catering order of 20. Believe me I understand accidents happen. Being a little late sure fine. But the way the manager handled it was awful he did not care about the delivery of a $300 order at all. I would probably still be waiting for the food if I didn’t...
