I gave it one star. Only because hàd to. Got a whole chicken with sage covered the whole chicken ali inside. When cook it smells disgusting. Everything being flash frozen means it can stay frozen longer without effecting quality and you can just buy this stuff and throw it in your freezer for when you need it without much concern for freezer burn or diminished quality.
