Edit a year later: 2/5 Wine selection is always good. I've left my contact info twice over the past year to have someone reach out to me about ordering scotch that they don't have. Never heard. Staff are friendly enough for the most part. Recently I was shamed and condescended to for asking to set four bottles down on an unused part of counter while I kept shopping, both when I asked and when I tried to check out. He couldn't stop. He was either (1) having a terrible day and was so fed up with people doing this, that he took it out on me, or (2) treats a lot of people like this. The latter is more likely. This same man has made snide remarks to people using phone based apps to research wine too. They might have great wine but I'd rather not; I'll drink swill before paying to be talked to like that.

GREAT place usually the people working there are very friendly. Today December 26th at 2:30 I walked in I totally forgot my mask and one of the guys rudely told me I needed to put on a mask. Nothing like get miss you forgot your mask... I said oops I always forget so I walked back to my car got my mask walked back in to ask if they had a wine but the one who said put a mask on and the blonde female ignored me this time so I walked to a tall guy that was standing there by the counter as well he said “thanks” I assume for putting my mask on lol but I showed him the pic and said do u carry this his response was no with no further direction if maybe he had something like it maybe he was just LP so he had no idea but I know there’s one guy maybe even the owner who would be very disappointed to hear this everyone else I’ve ever encountered there is so friendly and upbeat these three were stand-off ish. Decent enough selection (if they still have it in stock) but a definite lack of knowledge in their staff. I went in asking for a replacement as they were out of what I needed, and instead of suggesting me a comparable product, they sold me something 2x the price that was nothing like what I wanted, all at the recommendation of a sommelier I never spoke with. Overall what should have been a good experience and was a good opportunity for the business to show what they know and what they offer left me disappointed on top of wasting money. No returns either which I understand due to covid but given the circumstance I am quite disappointed they put in really no effort to right...
