I walked in and was greeted by the person to the right, but just by words, he didn’t get up from his desk at all. I came in looking for a couple accessories for my phone and was told they weren’t sent anymore before the 16 launch. I wanted to clarify so I asked a question, and he repeated what he said prior in a more agitated tone, giving me the feeling of I was being rude in the first place and I was also wasting his time. Before I left I remembered I was also looking for something else and I asked about it because I didn’t locate it at first, and he said there were none in stock. I look up as I’m about to leave and I see them on the wall. I ask about them and walk over, he follows and tells me that those aren’t stock and that they’re display, and that they’re actually supposed to be sent back. The main reason I’m agitated about the whole interaction is because I felt like I was inconveniencing the sales consultant for asking follow up questions and that there are unofficial displays of return stock, making it’s confusing from a guests perspective on purchasable inventory. I was never offered any other options of things I could purchase. My account was never opened to see if I had offers...
Read moreTerrible. Purchased a 1000.00 phone in November was talked into purchasing the case and glass protector through them for over 100$ because there was a warranty that if anything cracked on either phone or screen it would be replaced. Also I am paying asurion insurance fee every month. Well my screen cracked, I went to Verizon they told me to call 611 they would come to me to replace the screen for 29.99. Perfect! I called, oh no your phone is to new that isn't available. But I can pay 199$ to get it fixed! I went back to Verizon asking what was the warranty through the case and the screen protector through them.... Oh yeah that had to be registered in 14 days and no one ever said that just like they didn't hook up my hum device she said was a Christmas promotion and free and yet I'm paying for each month. So basically I'm out 300$ because the woman there didn't do her job and the guys there today "can't do anything about it". Will be switching to AT&T whee hopefully customer service in explaining everything is better.
Update: the manager called me the following day and they were able to help with this process and get me the warranty they promised when I...
Read moreI walk in and there was 1 customer working with 1 employee. They were sitting right by the entrance, and the Salesman didn't look up at all to acknowledge me or welcome me. No big deal.... so I went over to the small selection of phones available, to start comparing each for my purchase. Nothing. No response or greeting from the sales associate. I even dropped my keys to try and get some acknowledgement that I was in the store. But nope. The saleman was ensconced in the old timer's stories and medical ailment from his Army days. After 5 mins of disbelief, I just walked back out the door and left. As I was doing so, the customer was disclosing he has hearing problems from his past... it would be my guess the salesman has sight issues, not to see or welcome me into that establishment. It was a perfect pairing I guess. I hope that customer's sale was well worth ignoring me. I'll just take my purchase elsewhere. I'll spend the money for the new galaxy phone and new smart watch to a Verizon store that would be happy to have customers! ONE STAR is giving them too much credit. I would say minus 5 stars for customer service...
