Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Cicero

845pm... after our grandchild's concert with no dinner and a drive of 1.5 hours ahead of us. First, we were greeted with a huge plastic cone in the entry... right in front of the door. All the chairs were uo on the tables with a bunch of cleaning supplies in the dining area. One worker was sitting in a booth with the supplies, and the remaing workers were scrambling to restock and clean behind the line. We checked the hours on the door again. Hmmm... closes at 10pm. It took awhile for someone to take our order. She asked us information we had already given (such as beverages and size of order). My husband requested plain iced tea, 1) because he needed the caffeine and 2) because he has bloodwork scheduled for the morning and did not want anything contained sugar. The soda/tea dispenser had already been taken apart and cleaned. No tea. The cashier offered lemonade, juice, shake, etc. And every time, my husband repeated "I can't have sugar." We both needed to use the facilities before the drive. The bathrooms were clean but a huge open-top, filled trash bag was set where it blocked both doors... and remained there thru the length of our meal. Obviously, the dining room was clean, but we felt like we were interfering with plans to leave as soon as the clock hit 10PM. Our food, because it was made fresh, was hot and pretty darn good. When we left, at 915pm, the right door was locked! (The cone was still in front if the left door.) With so many options for food on Route 11, what are the chances of picking Burger King in...

We had. Been in town for a hockey tournament. All weekend, which we had won, We decided to take our son here for a celebratory lunch. Because it's what he chose when we got here. Our one and a 1/2-year-old daughter needed a diaper change. So my wife took her into the woman's room to give her a diaper change to find out that there was no changing table in there whatsoever, which required us to change her on the floor which was disgusting.I can't believe a establishment such as burger.King would not accommodate people with children with no changing table.It's absolutely absurd and something needs to be done about this. If u have children in diapers be aware of this. The worst part. About this is I asked an employee. Why there were no changing tables and they were well aware of this and just shrugged it off and did nothing about it. And just said sorry then walked away from me. This is not something you say sorry about and then do nothing.It's something that you bring the corporate attention...

Normally I'd say who gives a shake it's a fast food joint, but I really appreciate the care and support from this place. Someone trained these people to give a shake. That's why I give enough of a shake to write a review. Seriously I keep coming here wondering why this place works so well. They're very efficient. The mgmt has to be good. It's the only thing that makes sense.

And I say go here and get an ice cream cone for a dollar! That's why my son will pick BK over McDs every time because Dad will buy him a cone! Smart boy. touching moment Take a sec, go tell your kid you love them.

I also recently ordered a huge to go order, 160 nugs, plus burgers and fries, for his birthday party. I gave them advance notice and they did an excellent job! Needed it by 5pm and I was out the door at 5pm. Appreciate it Sue.
