I came here to purchase two folding mechanic pads. At first, I could not locate any of the items and then I ran into Gary, Customer Service Associate. Gary greeted me with a genuine smile, was very pleasant and happy to help! He quickly identified which items I was looking for and realized they had just received a replenish order. I patiently waited while Gary retrieved the items. I graciously thanked him, shook his hand, and complimented him on his awesome customer service skills. At checkout Elkin, the Cashier- greeted me with a genuine smile, asked me if I located everything I needed and smiled and answered, "Yes, thank you so much!" Elkin quickly located my customer profile and processed the transaction. This location is clean, well stocked, organized, and managed coupled with OUTSTANDING employees. Overall, Gary and Elkin made for an awesome customer service experience! This was definitely a refreshing change in today's overall poor customer service experience in many retail operations! This was before pump experience, please keep reading. I used to go to whiteplains store but this place opened up, but I have to say every time I walk into this place for one specific item, I leave with a shopping cart full of stuff that I may or may not need. Hahaha, Great prices with good quality equipment.

Update- don't every buy any type of pump from this place. I bought a brand new pump for my pool cover, the pump didn't work. I called the store for return policy, they do not accept pump back in store. I was told to call a number. The message said fillout form and submit. This happened to me on October 4th no one has responded. I had to buy another pump from Home Depot. I will never buy anything from Harbor Freight again. They lost a customer for life. Had no issues with this store until today. Normally they have decent prices on mid quality tools that get me through projects and the attitude of the staff is lackluster but functional. My husband and I went last night to get a metal ramp and we were told they can’t put anything on hole but they had plenty in stock so we would pick it up with our truck the following morning. Went back with a truck to get it and we’re told they don’t have it in stock and we needed it this weekend. Not only was the staff apathetic and unhelpful but they didn’t even bother to suggest alternatives or check if another store had it in stock.
