Billy Beez Palisades Center — Attraction in Town of Clarkstown

DO NOT RECOMMEND THROWING A BIRTHDAY HERE. Do recommend a family day here to hang with your kids-but don’t waste your money on a party. I’m giving this place 2 stars because my child still managed to have fun despite the drama, but throwing a party here was unnecessarily stressful and the customer service was terrible, I spent 2,000 dollars and expected much better. For starters, impossible to get in contact with anyone. No one answers the phone. Also we were on a winter storm warning, and I spoke with someone who’s name is along the lines of Rashad (something like this who claimed to be a manager) I told him since we are under the winter storm warning if it would be possible to reschedule my fully paid party to a different weekend. He said he can’t, if I want to reschedule I have to call corporate (if you know, you know it’s impossible to get them on the line) anyway-corporate called me back and told me that’s absolutely not true, I did not have to contact them & they 100 percent could have rescheduled my party for me, and the only time you need to contact them is if you’re canceling-but not to reschedule. But it didn’t matter because I decided to keep my scheduled party during the storm because we ain’t no scaredy cats 🤣 Also I was told by summer they would start setting up the room for my party at 5:15 (the party slot I booked for is at 5:30) and that I can enter at 5:15 and help decorate. Except r here was a party in the room until 5:30…like people started exiting from that party at 5:30…. which means I started setting up for my party at 5:30 (I bought my own banner and table covers) but I told summer I will be using their plates utensils napkins and cups. As soon as the girl saw me enter with my table cover and banner she word from word said “oh you have your own decorations” and I said “no just a banner and table covers, that’s all” and she walked away and left without saying another word. I didn’t expect help with the banner obviously, but I thought I set up the banner and she would set up the table, all I brought was 4 table covers and then they were supposed to do their plates set up) but she left so by the time I finished putting up the banner and placing the table cover, I told her I still needed help to set up the table summer knows I only bought a table cover and still expected you guys to set up the tables, just instead of using their plastic table covers, I wanted them to use my plastic table covers. That was the only difference. The girl ended up coming back to help set up, but so slow it almost felt intentional and I paid for 29 children and she set up for 27. Then when I expressed my frustration on how it’s 5:55 and the room still isn’t ready and she’s still setting up the table, she then starts arguing with me (like I’m wrong for being upset, after I paid 2,000 to rent a room for 29 kids, and the party is supposed to begin at 5:30 and the tables are still being set up at 5:55 was wild to me) she then tells me she’s not allowed to help place table covers on tables that don’t belong to billy beez, and that’s why she left the room and didn’t help, and I can’t be upset that I wasn’t able to enter the room until 5:30 to set up because my party begins at 5:30 even though summer told me on the phone 5:15-5:30 will be set up time for the party and the party begins at 5:30 (already set up) She also argued with me saying I “just busted into the room” and that it wasn’t even supposed to be my room (when I was told by summer this would be my room and I can go in when they are setting up to set up my banner and to give them the table covers) I was mind blown that I paid so much money and I expressed my frustration kindly (I’m not a loud person and I literally spoke to them so kindly, I just mentioned how it’s a little frustrating and stated what I didn’t appreciate-and they really had the nerve to get argumentative, it was mind blowing.) She also told me she’s not bringing in the coat rack to the room but I can do it myself because it belongs to me. 😳 Thankfully summer kindly...

Long story short I had a party here this past Sunday Aril 24 th for my son and it did not go well. The 3 girls in the front are not helpful, not welcoming, they have a poor attitude and horrible customer service skills. Coming from a managment background you should not have them as the 1 st people to be seen and represent the face of the business. They are unprofessional in so many ways. They made my family and I feel uncomfortable. No one gave us directions or said one word to us after they asked for the waivers and put our bracelets on . We waited 20 minutes by the entrance desk until Angel came back and said “hey you all going to come in and play “ . Angel the manager was exceptional if it wasn’t for him tending to my party I would have left. This place is poorly ran the bathrooms were gross, you get nothing but an attitude upon entering. Angel said he was sorry multiple times for how we were treated and said that my family and I are so nice etc. He said he is not sure why I was treated that way and I was a pleasure to have and a sweetheart. After speaking with Roxy at corporate she acted as if she didn’t care how we were treated. She said she will use this as a training opportunity. Not one single apology on her behalf not even sincere . Her response was we followed your request on not having another manager that I had a issue with the day before with an attitude on the phone to go over my contract not approach you the day of the party . Thats great but what about the other two girls in the front not doing there job and giving us the directions to go in and play and have fun? Her response was that Angel should have told us so that falls on him . I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said no .. what a joke this whole chain of command is . She offered me a bounce back if that , I said not if this is how my family will be treated. Its a shame because this place is a fun environment for the whole family . I will definitely think twice before returning. I spent a pretty penny on this party and was treated poorly and will definitely think twice before having another party and recommending anyone to this location. I wish I lived closer to another location because I would give it a shot. AFTER all that corporate asked me to give this place another try .. I did which I HIGHLY REGRET because supposedly everyone at this place was supposed to be aware I was on the so called “list” to receive a free pass from Roxy herself at corporate because of the headaches at the party . I went today with my family again and the manager or anyone on shift said no they weren’t aware. Roxy said all I needed was my ID and name upon check in.. I had a pass from my sons party and paid for 1 adult… what a corrupt ,corporate lies. . I had a feeling this was going to be an issue upon checking in today. not the staff problem but corporate has poor communication on there part. I told the girl that checked us in the situation she asked her manager and they denied . The girl tried to call multiple times and ask Roxy but she didn’t answer her. * I said no problem I will call Roxy or corporate but in reality this is a waste of my time . I don’t recommend this location for many various reasons. If Google allowed i would give billy beez a 0 . Billy Beez strikes out again . Thanks for nothing . do not have a party here either you will deal with so many problems and unnecessary headaches. Take it from someone who had one. I will not be coming back and traveling over an hour ever again. Not worthy of my gas, time, money and family. Plenty of other places to go to...

Wow! Wow! Wow! Where do I start? I was looking for a good, fun place for my daughter's 3rd birthday. After looking at a myriad amount of places we decided that Billy Beez would be the place. We invited a lot of older kids and thought this place would be fun for all ages. I was nervous as I have never done a birthday party at a place before (always did it at the house). Also being 2 weeks post surgery I needed something that was going to be easy for me. The week of the party Summer called me to confirm the number of people and answered any and all questions I had. She assured me that they would take care of everything and not to worry. My job was to have fun and enjoy. I felt so calm after speaking with her and couldn't wait to meet her in person as I loved her vibe.

The day of the party all I kept thinking was I hope everything goes smoothly and that everyone has a great time. There was a line outside but we skipped the line and went straight to party check in. Upon arrival Dee greeted and assisted me. I paid the remaining balance, she gave us our socks and showed us to where our rack was. She said we could go play and when our room was ready they would make an announcement over the loudspeaker. She also assured me that my guests would not have to wait on the line, they could go straight to party check in. Summer came out as we were putting our socks on and she introduced herself. It was so nice to put a face to the name. We went to go play for a while as the guests started to arrive. About 10 minutes before my party started, I brought my stuff to the room and they were already starting to set up and clean up from the previous party. I gave them my decorations and they started to set up with that as I put some balloons up. Summer was supportive in what we wanted to do. We wanted the kids to play for like 30-40 minutes and at 4:30 we can do pizza and cake back to back. She said that would be perfect and will make an announcement to gather my party.

Now I don't know who had more fun, the kids or the adults lol. What a great time we had between the slide racing and the attacking eachother in the ballpit (yes I took advantage and threw some balls at my husband lol) At 4:30 they made an announcement. Dee and Summer served the pizza and brought out pitchers. Summer kept checking in to make sure we were good or if we needed anything else. After the pizza we sang happy birthday and took pictures. We started packing up our stuff as they needed the room for the next party but Dee told me we had a reserved table outside the party room which was a nice surprise. The kids and adults continued to play and started to leave little by little. As they said goodbye they all said what a great party it was and they had so much fun! I was so relieved because thats all I wanted. Even after we were out the party room everytime Summer saw me she asked if I needed anything. I must have thanked her and Dee about a thousand times.

I will definitely throw another party here or just go back to spend the day with my stepson's when they come up to visit. Summer and Dee are assests to this company. You can tell they are hard working honest people and they truly love what they do which is to make every kids birthday a special one. I am so grateful that they made my daughter's day a special one. Seeing her so happy is absolutely priceless.
