Bouncy House Magic — Attraction in Town of Clarkstown

We just had our daughter’s 4th birthday party here and it was awesome! Kerris is amazing! He is on top of everything and makes sure the celebration is what you want. There is complete customization available. They ordered tableware and decorations based on which Frozen movie and colors she wanted, playlist based on the most random songs she loves, let us in 30 minutes early to set up, let us bring in food, and even turned off the blowers to deflate the bouncies during pizza and cake to make it quieter and focus the kids.

This is a truly unique children’s venue for the area. We had two hours of exclusive use of the premises. We didn’t have to worry about different aged children or crowds. Our 3 and 4 year olds were safe and able to do whatever they wanted. All the bouncies are visible for the parents, there’s no twists or secret tunnels to loose sight of them in. There is a good variety of options to appeal to kids who just want to bounce, slides, obstacles, and a young toddler one with a mini ball pit.

Catch Air, Billy Beez, and Bounce U all have other parties or the public present at the same time and/or have structures that parents can’t physically follow their children or keep them in sight. That’s difficult for parents of toddlers and young children. Bounce Safari is semi private, but there is not party room to stash snacks or bags until the end and they only let you bounce for 45 minutes and will not extend, even if you offer to pay for more time.

Bouncy House Magic didn’t have to provide excellent service to get our business, but they did. Everything was clean! Staff walked around with handheld vacuums to ensure the crumbs from the snack area didn’t filter into the bouncies. They were kind about the extra cleanup needed too. ALL guests remove shoes at entry. So even the floors are clean. There are hand sanitizers, new water fountains, and large clean bathrooms a few feet away.

The kids loved it and didn’t want to leave. Parents were impressed and commented on how clean, private, and safe the facility was. I don’t think we’ll be able to top this next year.

If you need a fun place for your kids to jump, that doesn’t require superhuman X-ray vision or shrinking abilities of the parent, this is it. Nothing compares.

I have never been treated with less compassion than this past weekend at Bouncy House Magic in Nanuet. In what we now understand was a mistake, our party was confirmed over the phone and a deposit was taken for my son’s fourth birthday party when another party - same time and theme - was already booked. When we finally realized what was happening, while all the guests of both parties were already arriving on-site, the owner accused me of doing this purposefully, “pulling one over” - If this situation had been communicated either time I called that week to confirm details and pay the deposit, I would have pivoted and made alternative plans - changing the time of the party or location.

Mistakes happen, but rather than trying to work with us and find a way to salvage the party and move forward, I was yelled at, threatened with calling the cops, and accused of lying by the owner... which doesn't even make sense, I would not have paid a deposit or shown up with toddlers and their parents if I knew there was a scheduling conflict.

Nobody deserves to be treated this way, especially on what was meant to be a joyful day with family and friends. My group left the facility about thirty minutes into the...

We just had my son’s 5th birthday party here and he had a blast! He literally went down one of the slides yelling “best birthday party ever!” Honestly, this was the easiest, most stress free party I’ve ever hosted. They do everything for you, from buying the decorations and party supplies (in the theme that you request), to set up and break down, to ordering pizza and buying drinks (if you pick that package), and even bringing out a character (you choose from a list) for a meet and greet. The only things we had to do were send out the invites and bring goodie bags and the cake. Kerris made everything so simple and the kids had so much fun!
