Kids Kastle — Attraction in Town of Clarkstown

I booked the highest party package for my daughter’s birthday, and what is included is not consistent across their website, flyer and menu on tv. It only includes the small ride-ons and bouncy houses for $40 per child, everything else (arcade games, larger ride on, etc) are extra. I paid for overpriced balloons ($15 for foil, $10 for latex, and if you bring your own balloons it’s $5 each for helium), and the staff was working on the balloons during the first half of the 3 hour allotted timing and completely inattentive during the party. The party room was a mess, with old decorations and dirty tables. The staff never checked in, they do not host or run the parties either like at other kids venues. There were 2 bouncy houses in the party room where one deflated, and the staff was not present to fix. I’d like to also mention that the party was at 3pm, they called at 3:02 to see where I was (parking the car). I arrive and the staff is eating lunch in the dirty party room, nothing was set up (bouncy houses, ordered balloons, cleaned party room), and I’m wondering why they were urgently calling me when they themselves were not even ready to have the party. Nothing irritates me more than having to pay for every little thing, even beverages, and it just comes off as cheap, especially when you’re spending $40 per child for only 2 included activities. The facility itself is tight, there’s barely any room to walk around, I can’t imagine how the set up meets fire inspection. I would not recommend this place...

Didn’t know where to take 3 kids (ages 5,6,8) on a rainy day and this was PERFECT. The kids got to run around and get out all their energy. There was 2 big bouncy houses. Small cars they could drive around in one section and bouncy inflatable animals they got to jump around on. They also had this pretty cool robot you can sit and control. I have paid a visit to the biggest mall in NY area and I happen to came across this hidden gem since my wife had to go shopping and I wanted the kids to have some fun. The price is very reasonable and the environment is very clean and friendly. The owner was very respectful and patience with in any queries that we had.
