On 11/10/23 my friend and I stopped there for lunch. The following is the email I sent to them regarding the awful lack of service we got that day. I'm still waiting for my refund. They have not responded in any way. Email, Facebook messenger or a refund to my account.
I'm not even sure where to start. I guess I'll start with the misleading $4 promo advertisement we saw. It stated that if we downloaded the app we could get $4 off our first mobile order using the app.
After being booted off the app several times, and starting over each time I opened it up again, my order finally went through. However there was NO option to redeem a $4 promo that was promised in the advertisement. My friend never did get the app to work for her. So finally, we decided we'd just go inside, and she would order at the counter.
We had no clue what we were walking into! The line was long, (about 8 people). There was nobody at the counter to begin with. People were obviously grumpy about the wait and the service. My friend is standing in the back of the line and now about 3 more people are behind her. I'm standing near the mobile order pick up, and one lady says good luck getting your food, I placed my order at 12, it was slated to be ready at 12:15. The time was nearly 1:00. Finally an employee comes to the counter and she has attitude and she's being all mouthy with the customers, and then disappears and doesn't come back. Somebody else comes out and throws some food on an open plate on the counter leaving it up to all the customers to figure out who's food it is. One lady comes back up to the counter to get a spoon that they neglected to give her. She had coleslaw, exactly how did they figure she was going to eat that? Nobody came to the counter to get her a spoon after she asked several times, loudly. By now my friend says nvm, I'm not ordering. Nobody's taking orders. And obviously I'm not waiting around either. The other girl was still waiting for her order at 1:08 almost an hour after her slated pick up time, when I decided to call for a refund. Trying to get a refund shouldn't be as complicated as it is. Oh, I still haven't seen my refund yet! 9½ hours later! Why should I need to give my home address for a refund? That makes no sense. I told her that, and she said you don't need to give me it if you don't want to. I was looking for a speedy refund so I could go about my busy day, of which I now at this point have over half a hour tied up trying to get lunch. As she continues to ask questions and put me on hold I had to start driving to try and catch up for lost time. Still with no lunch! I'm driving in heavy traffic while she's on speaker phone, and she asks me for my order number AGAIN! I said I'm driving, I already gave it to you I think twice! I just want my card refunded. She's says ok, I'll connect you to the refund department now, she'll need your order number🤦♀️🤦♀️ I'm driving!! Oh ok, well just give her your name. The refund lady comes on and ask for my order number🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ eventually she agrees to refund my card, still haven't seen it, and she said she'd email me this satisfaction email. I said oh please do. I've got plenty to say, about being dissatisfied.
I hope my refund shows up soon. I'll be sure to keep my friends updated. (As it is we're out the 45 minutes we wasted trying to get lunch). I look forward to your response to this awful experience.

Read moreI have gone to this KFC numerous ti.es, but the last time I went 2 months ago, got home, chicken was so dried out, over cooked. On this day I figured I would try again getting food. I always order fill up bucket and pay more to get 4 breasts and 4 thighs. I purposely asked cashier and lady next to ovens how old chicken was, she said chicken just came out. I explained the last time, my dinner was over cooked. She and cashier assured me the chicken just came out. When I got home I opened up bucket, instead of having 4 breast that I paid extra and 4 thighs. I had 3 chicken breats and 4 thighs. I called store and john assistant manager said he would give me another breast. The chicken breats looked like thighs, what a run around with manager. I will never go there again, no problem taking my money, can mess my order time after time. Dont go to this KFC, I dont want to hear manager john, that they are training and have less staff. Read moreI was at KFC with my family ( 9 of us ) we watched as a lady in front of us waited for a long time then yelled for someone to come to the counter. She finally got service. There wasn'ta line when we got there. A very long line came in after ys and a few people left because of the lack or attentionat the counter. ( Then we ordered ( I spent 60.00 for my husband and myself and my daughter spent 30.00 for her and her two children and our son and daughter in law and their two children) We waited so long for our food. My daughter finally got her order but she wasn't given any sauces that she asked for. She wasn't given any cups either) There still wasn't anyone working the counter. Our son didn't get tenders in his " fan favorite box" they put reg chicken in it. When we finally got our bucket ( my husband had to yell " is the 12 pieces ready yet"? ) the original chicken was very over cooked.
