I wanna make sure I take the time out to give kudos to Rileigh who was covering men’s suits when I went in earlier today 7/25/21 to get four suits for my upcoming wedding The sizes were all over the place and we had two different colors as well But let me tell you how she went above and beyond to help me She was patient and helpful with getting me some coupons that gave me an awesome discount I dressed how I needed three black suits for my sons and my dad wanted a gray one She went through the sale options first because I didn’t wanna pay so much being they’d wear the suit a few hours if that (I tried to stay within a budget ) She took the time to make sure they were exactly what I wanted I wasn’t able to get the suits in store as they all needed different sizes due to body type But she helped me order it online right in store and have it delivered there as well I work in retail and at times it’s hard to navigate an area you are not familiar with and Rileigh sure did her job and then some I was sure to give the manager on duty Denise the wonderful compliment who informed me that Rileigh was in fact recently new Kudos to her and value this associate because she made this bride who is 82 days shy of her wedding day (that was previously postponed ) very at ease knowing this important task was finally checked off my list I cannot thank you enough Rileigh You made the experience so easy...
Read moreThe only reason I continued to go to the salon for the last couple years was because how good Olga was and how much I built a relationship with her and some of the management staff. Other than that, the time management was awful, I had to sit about 30 minutes each time I came in for my hair appointment. Another thing I noticed was that at the same time I was getting my hair done the same hair stylist would be working on someone else. I felt that was kinda rude, because I was here on my time for my appointment, not to sit and wait halfway through for someone else. Something recently that just happened that drew the line for me was having a scheduled appointment for the future and I had to change it to a different day but then find out my stylist won't be coming back to the end of December, if even that. They told me they would call me back twice and both times I had to call them. Finally the last time I call them they tell me no one there can do what I need done and they tell me to go to crossgates. Okay thank you very much, now you just lost two very loyal customers, both my mom and I, and we will definitely be finding a much better place who actually will follow up with what they say and keep in touch with what is going on, along with much better time management...
Read moreMy wife and I went in to buy myself cargo shorts last night and found some listed at $9.00 a pair. Thought, "What a great deal!" Get up to the register and my wife noticed that they were ringing up at $24.99 a pair. She explained to the girl at the register that they were listed on the rack at $9.00 a pair. She then asked the girl to follow her back so she could show her the price. They got back to the rack and my wife showed her the sign that said $9.00 per pair in BOLD print. The girl then RUDELY said to my wife, "Learn how to read the sign correctly." Apparently in very fine print below the sale price was a notice that stated something to the effect that the cost would be $24.99. This wasn't a problem UNTIL the snot-nosed cashier girl rudely told my wife to, "Learn how to read the sign correctly." Bad move. She's EXTREMELY lucky my wife didn't re-arrange her head for her. This isn't a blast on your store, persay, rather a call for management to PROPERLY teach their employees some customer etiquette. We ended up taking our business over to Kohl's, where we were able to find cargo shorts at a much better price. This particular store isn't even worth the one star I had to give in order...
