Villa Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Clifton Park

First let me say we have been disappointed by many of Clifton Park Pizza restaurants for as long as we have lived here and that’s 23 years. What is a miss by other places first is consistency. Never the same or even close every time you go.

With that said here is my first impressions of Villa pizza. We ordered a large pie, half pepperoni and half meatball. When I called to order I got a pleasant young lady that took my order and she made sure she heard me right as I was on my cell phone and may not have been a quality connection. That was the first couple of stars. When I arrived I was greeted by the same pleasant young lady who took my order on the phone, next star. She gave me my pizza and I paid the bill. I didn’t think it was a bad price unlike some other reviewers have said. I snuck a peak at the pie on the way out and it looked and smelled good. When I got home and looked again at the pie I noticed that the slices were almost perfectly cut so not one side of toppings had smaller cuts then the other, I feat here in CP. With that, we grabbed some slices and sat down to eat. It was absolutely delicious pizza, great flavor and the toppings were generously applied too. It was very close to NYC street pizza that we use to have years ago.

We will definitely try again and hope that this wasn’t a fluke. So want to have consistently good pizza so...

This place is often overlooked due to being inside the mall, but don't let that deter you because this is easily one of my favorite pizza places (and I've eaten pizza in approximately 50% of the states in America). Staff is always friendly, but not in that "it's my job to be friendly" way, it feels genuine like they care about what they do and it shows. Solid food all around but the pizzas are my main attraction. They're great when you buy em fresh, but also outstanding when you buy from the traditional reheated slice pies on display. I have been a relatively regular customer at this pizza place for about a year, and the experience has been consistently outstanding. The customer service is top-notch—every employee is friendly, polite, and genuinely happy to be there. They work efficiently, ensuring quick service without compromising quality.
