Poo customer service. Not only did I find out my product was delayed 2 weeks the day before it was supposed to be here but I also spent over an hour trying to speak to someone to help me switch the product out and could only do so via chat. She supposedly had me set up with a different mattress avail for delivery the next day but told me because I used amazon pay for the first product she had to have a manager assist me with the refund and someone would be calling me ASAP. 2 days later I still haven’t talked to that said manager. I called to follow up yesterday on the new mattress since I didn’t get a order confirmation or delivery email and they indicated there was no order and that without the manager processing the order they could not do it and the mattress would now not arrive for several days. This mattress was ordered as a gift for my sons 4th birthday all he wanted was a big boy bed. So having it on time was important. I offered to go to a store and pick one up, they were not even able to tell me if there was anything at the store. I spent hours getting nowhere. So I called Raymour and Flanagan, no joke 10 mins on the phone I had a mattress boxspring and mattress cover ordered and scheduled for pick up the next day. I will never order or try to get a product from here again just because of the HORRIBLE customer service. It’s one thing if a mattress is unavailable but not being able to speak to a live person and then being told one thing and having nothing happen... it’s not acceptable. Last August, I purchased a Nectar mattress with a Tempurpedic adjustable base at the Clifton Park Mattress Firm store. Richard Olender was the company representative who worked with me. Mr. Oleander carefully guided me through all choices available by having me test each mattress I was considering and he educated me in the latest sleep science and research. His relaxed manner motivated me to be more open to how good health and good sleep are linked. We talked about how mattress and frame adjustments affect blood pressure, ankle swelling, respiration and other health issues. He spent well over an hour with me and never once pushed me into anything. It was as if I were on a journey and he was my guide, helping me reach the destination I wanted to reach. Once the deal was made, Mr. Olender made sure that I was happy with the product by calling to follow-up on how I was adjusting to the new product. My sleep quality improved overnight. I love this new bed. Several weeks ago, I inadvertently pressed too many buttons on the remote simultaneously and the bed went into child lockdown. I called Richard on his personal mobile phone and he helped me restore the bed function asap. It was easy as pie to fix. Rich had given me multiple ways to contact him. even his own private number. We were very pleased with the service given to us by Sales Associate Richard Olender. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant and helped find everything we where looking for. We where very satisfied with our choices and also the pricing of the mattress and adjustable base, plus the extras we also purchased.Richard was very informative and explained everything in detail so we knew exactly what we where getting and expect from the purchase we made. We are getting our mattress and adjustable base delivered on Thursday 2/4/21 and I know we will be very pleased with every thing.
