I placed an order on 12/13 around noon for a pair of boots. There was no low stock alert and the approximate shipping time was 4-7 business days. On 12/22 I called the Customer Service and I have been told that my order will arrive by end of day. On 12/25 (Christmas day) I sent an email and I have been told that my order was actually canceled due to payment problems and that the item is low stock and I have to reorder quickly if I still want the product. There was no email or phone calls between 12/13 - 12/25. I guess you all know how “wonderful” the Christmas morning was without a present, all thanks to DSW. My advice: Stick with another seller that can actually deliver an order in 2 days...

My wife liked a pair of boots but they did not have her size. They suggested order on line, and pick up at the store. I asked what would happen if there was an issue with the shoes, I was told that my wife would be able to exchange for another style. The men's dress shoes they do have are on the lower end of quality and they all have synthetic soles; no leather soles.
