I recently had the pleasure of visiting Geek Hampton in Sag Harbor, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My computer, iPhone, and iPad were not syncing together, and it was causing all kinds of frustration. I had heard great things about Geek Hampton and was thrilled to discover they are an authorized Apple dealer.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the staff with friendly smiles and a warm welcome. When it was my turn to meet with Brian, their tech expert, I explained the issues I was having. He took the time to go over each problem and patiently worked to resolve them. Even when he encountered a particularly tricky issue, he didnāt hesitateāhe excused himself, went to the backroom, and brought out Sheryl, the owner of Geek Hampton. I was blown away that not only did Brian seek additional help, but that the owner herself came out of her office to ensure my problem was fixed.
This level of personal attention and commitment to customer service is rare, and it made a huge impression on me. Geek Hamptonās team went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly, and I walked out of there feeling like my tech life had been totally transformed. My MacBook is from 2017 and her iPhone is the 7 plus which Iām not even sure how far back that one goes. We were both certain and nervous that we would be met with nothing but disparaging comments, no hope of fixing either and our only solution being to purchase newer models of both. However, we were helped by the Wizkid, Brian, who was nothing but fast as lightening, kind, calm and with nary a derogatory word in sight. Neither of us had to upgrade or purchase anything as Brian was able to fix both of our Apple relics at a cost far cheaper than any Apple Store Iāve ever been too. I could not recommend Geek Hampton enough. Every time I go in or even simply email, from the owner, Sheryl, to Lincoln to now, Brian; they have fixed all of our gadgets with ease and am so happy to have them close at hand, makes me sleep easier. Sheryl and staff could not be nicer, nor more accomodating. It is the ONLY store I buy anything for Apple or for my Mac. In today's economy, care is so very important, and they make you important.
