Very loud. The service people were yelling over the smoothie blenders in Spanish to each other. Barely could hear the music. An hour until closing, they start shutting everything down, so don't expect any hot food if you go in later in the day. The cashier was nice. She was trying her best. I can tell she was kinda embarrassed about the loud yelling. Didn't see a pour over coffee station, so don't expect that if you are a real coffee person. They have LA Colombe coffee, which is good. Wide range of only their coffees. So don't expect different roasters to display their coffees. If there was single origin or better than good to great coffee, I didn't see it. The barista pulling shots made me a very fine doppio. They do have ice cream/ gelato and smoothies, which my daughter loved. It's located in the back of another clothing retail shop, which is fine. Has an alleyway with tables to sit at. Pets are welcomed in the alleyway tables, not inside (which I completely understand). The store is actually nice. Good for a quick fix, but I'm not adding it to my go-to places to have coffee or to...

It’s rare to find a cafe with such an extensive menu of delicious local food, healthy smoothies, and the finest coffee. What’s the coolest part of Sagtown Coffee? The people and environment match the high quality eating/drinking experience.

Sagtown is a cafe where everybody who steps through the welcoming doors is treated like a local. Doesn’t matter if you live down the street and you stop in daily for morning coffee on the way to work (or an early morning surf), or it’s your first time visiting Sag Harbor. You’re treated like a friend in this gem of a neighborhood cafe and eatery.

This is a spot that makes you feel at home. There’s a real community vibe inside, especially when the owner (a local community leader and volunteer firefighter) is there to make sure every customer is satisfied and greeted with a sincere smile and a hearty Sag Harbor handshake.

This is one of those unique spots which everybody passing through town must visit. If there was any coffee shop with the same energy and warmth as the TV show...

5 stars. Sagtown Coffee in Sag Harbor is a gem… stylish, community-focused, and consistently top tier in both vibe and quality. Located at 78 Main St in the heart of the village, it’s the perfect spot to grab a gourmet coffee, smoothie, or light bite, with plenty of cozy indoor seating and a lovely outdoor area too. Their drink menu is extensive, featuring standout offerings like draft lattes, bulletproof coffee, flat whites, caramel macchiatos, and cold brews that are prepared with real care. The food is equally satisfying… from fresh acai bowls and avocado toast to breakfast sandwiches and grilled cheese, with excellent gluten-free and vegan choices as well. Reviewers rave about how friendly and helpful the staff are, and how the clean, vibrant setting… with nice music and community energy… makes it feel like a true “third place” in town. Whether you’re stopping in at sunrise or grabbing an afternoon pick-me-up, Sagtown just delivers… from the first sip to...

The owner need to stop hiring teen girls and hire actual baristas. $11 for a single matcha? . Whatever I had no problem. I tried it, I was the most disgusting matcha I have tried. Very grainy. I went back to the teen girls at the registers and asked if I could switch it for something else. They tried to make it my problem I didn’t like the drink. The girls were beyond rude. While I was waiting for them to make my macchiato the teen girls talked about how “matcha is bitter, what do you expect” within themselves knowing I was right there listening. Anyways after a couple minutes of the girls being rude they gave me a macchiato that was $8 but way too sweet. At that point I was uncomfortable to say anything. The owner need to stop hiring teen girls and hire actual baristas.
