Reformation — Local services in Town of East Hampton

This store is extremely busy, especially on the weekend, so it is understandable if things go unnoticed every now and again. Unfortunately, my experience goes far beyond understandable. When we walked in, we were not greeted, which is okay because it was busy. What is not okay is that I was in the store long enough to accumulate 5 items across all of the racks… not one of the 3 girls working had noticed or said anything. The girls were not being attentive, especially when I was ready to try on these items. At that point there was an open dressing room which nobody was moving towards. I grabbed the dressing room, as there seemed to be no process, and started to undress. One of the girls working finally spoke over the curtain and said “is there someone in here?” Which prompted me to open the curtain. She told me “there’s a line” and I told her I was sorry and completely unaware because nobody had spoken to me in the 10 minutes I was in the store. She said she had not seen me. I find it very hard to believe because I had 5 items and was in there long enough for someone to ask if I would like to try those items on. After a while I was able to try on, bought my shirt and left. I understand things get busy, but neglecting customers with items as well as ushering them out of a dressing room they were already undressing in, is unacceptable. I hope it was just a bad day but unfortunately will stick to ordering online as the service seems to be better...
