If possible, I would give a zero star rating. Beware: Items left on consignment are not returned to the customer in the same condition and items from customers are mixed up. I left several Swarovski pieces on consignment and asked to have them returned to me in order to sell them myself several weeks later. All pieces were left with the store in their original boxes and foam inserts, but when the items were returned to me, one box was missing and my crystal figurine was wrapped in bubble wrap only. Another figurine was returned in the wrong box. When I asked for the correct box, I was told that they probably gave away my box when they sold a different piece. The owner refused to take responsibility for her mistake and became extremely rude when I pointed out that the piece is less valuable to a collector without the original box. She was extremely unprofessional and, instead of taking responsibility for her negligence, had an "oh well, it's just a box" attitude. I have never encountered a more incompetent and irresponsible consignment store clerk and would advise anyone considering selling merchandise on consignment to avoid this store. Absolutely the best consignment shop in Westchester !! Woman owned and extra fabulous!! Very fair pricing to buy and sell .Highly recommended for anyone looking to rehome their previously loved high-end items or for someone looking to add to their wardrobe ,home or jewelry collection. The owner is extremely knowledgeable ,friendly and there is plenty of metered parking. Much better than going into Manhattan with tolls and parking headaches. I always ask my husband to surprise me for my birthday and he always comes back with something that is absolutley beautiful.
