We worked with Mrs. Morgan’s for my chapel wedding ceremony bouquet. My mom worked with Bob directly to coordinate via call, text, and email and even spoke with him twice the week-of to confirm color & look.
When we got to the shop the morning of my wedding to pick it up, not only was the bouquet not ready, but the team didn’t even have a record that the order was placed. Bob was no where to be found.
We ended up having to scramble to re-explain the bouquet we were looking for (they didn’t have any of the peach/light pink flowers that were in my inspiration photo since they weren’t prepared), got a rush delivery to our hotel, and when it did arrive, it was nothing that I was looking for.
The one star go to the team in-store that morning who did the best they could with the situation and tried to help as much as they could.
