Gado-Gado — Local services in Town of Ellicottville

I'd put zero stars if I could. First, the older lady (I don't know if she owns the shop or works there) tried opening a curtain that my friend was changing behind to the point where my friend had to hold back the curtain and inform the woman that she was not clothed and asked her to stop. The lady then stood outside the curtain and continued to ask my friend (still unclothed) what her name was, where she was from, etc. Very uncomfortable.

She then walked over to my sisters and me and asked if we were all together and what we were doing in Ellicottville. We explained how my two sisters are getting married two weeks apart so we were on their joint bachelorette trip. The older woman started making rude comments such as "Is Daddy paying for both weddings?", asked if they were marrying each other, and then told my sister she looked 12 and didn't believe she was getting married.

This woman's behavior ruined our experience with this store and we will not...

This place blowsssss.....they rip you off and charge you 400% upcharge on their cost then don't stand behind their product at all....they've deleted multiple negative review to make you think they are ok, but please avoid this place so you don't feel shamed a week or two later

So frustrating. Wife and I come here 3 times a year to buy things. Always $2-300 per visit. Was a huge fan until recently, wife bought a $90 denim jacket. Took it home, she wore it out and I noticed the seams in the back splitting....drove back out here and asked if they can do anything, they said the tags are cut off so go screw yourself.... Brutal service, brutal attitude, not worth the cost if stuff is just going to fall apart.....literally 0-10 do not buy anything here, will never...

I walked in and was accosted by the older woman working at the counter She asked us where we were from and then stated to us “ your walking in her looking like your better than everyone else”. I stated that I grew up here. She continued berating everyone in our group. Others in the store were so offended that they put down the things they had in their hands and left. They approach us on the street and told us they couldn’t believe what happened and we were so kind how we handled her. I wouldn’t step in this place again or recommend anyone supporting this store and I believe in...
