We are sock collectors and have been shopping in this store for years. We went today for some sock therapy and found several pair to purchase. I needed just one more pair and could not find them in the size required. The employee told me that they had one pair in stock according to his iPad. I asked him to help me find them and he told me "well, they may be over there (pointing across the store) or they may be in the store room. He would not get up off of his behind to help anyone! He was rude and just plain lazy. Put all of my would-be purchases back and left without spending a penny. Worst customer...

I rolled my eyes and went in with the rest of my group - expected it to be lame and uninteresting - and boy was I wrong.
