RUN don’t walk to this amazing family owned establishment. I had the pleasure of going there for the first time this week to try to find a new great place for coffee… I definitely picked the right spot! I was greeted by Christopher, who inquired as to what I was looking to get and even let me try a sample, which I appreciated. He took that a step further by letting my friend and I try our drinks and even altering my friends (to make it sweeter) to ensure the best drink and customer service.
I personally got their Nitro Shake and a macaroon… the combined flavor profiles were a chefs kiss. I have truly been unable to get rid of my cravings since being there two days ago, so I had to wake up and head there today to start my day out right.
Luckily, Christopher was there again to make my phenomenal drink and offer a lovely conversation.
I have also met the father and step mother that run the establishment and I can honestly say that everyone is so incredibly kind and inviting.
I drove slightly over 20min today just to get my coffee fix and I can guarantee it will surely be a trip I will be making more often.
I hands down highly recommend stopping in! The atmosphere is warm, inviting and there is cozy seating. Try their new fall menu, grab the Nitro Shake and don’t forget a pastry! Also, they have a hugeeee selection of outdoor...

A unique and cool concept to get a few errands checked off at once. Strong, fresh and delicious coffee and espresso based drinks available. Scones made here on site, with gluten free varieties available. Review from my significant other: Scones aren’t dry, almost cake like yet still a scone. There is also a nice assortment of outdoor gear in case you need something for your outdoor adventure. Also fun to browse while you wait for your coffee. Lots of cool gift ideas for both coffee lovers and outdoor adventure enthusiasts.
You can tell you are in a ski town when you visit. There are some old chairlifts here used for both decoration and seating. They make an adorable photo opp as well! There is some additional cafe style seating in the front as well.
They roast and serve their own coffee in house. They roast beans in small batches, you can also buy beans to enjoy in your own home. Friendly and helpful staff. Alternative milks available for non dairy...
Read morePassing through Ellicottville, I decided to stop and check out the town really quick (I walked like 3 streets lol) Found this shop and they did a solid job. The owner really cared about the quality, and the espresso was solid. I also bought a pastry (scone) and it was pretty mediocre (I would give it 2 out of 5 stars) but I had bought a bunch of stuff (several drinks, a sticker etc) and everything else was good. So I don't want to have my star review reflect negatively on an otherwise nice experience... But maybe don't buy the scone. :-P Additionally, the shop had quality hiking/camping gear I had to talk myself out of buying. All around a really nice shop that I'm happy I found....
