francesca's — Local services in Town of Grand Chute

Had an awesome experience here! I come into this store just about every pay check and spend way too much, but it's ok because they have awesome stuff. Well back in the beginning of December I had purchased my friend a Manatea (which is a Manatee tea infuser) for Christmas. She finally opened it up to use it in the middle of January and unfortunately it was empty. I was very upset by the whole situation, and so was my friend. I went into Francescas to see if there was anything they could do. I had no receipt anymore, I had ripped the upc off, and it had been over a month since I had purchased it. All I had was an empty box. So I knew it would be a long stretch but I tried anyways. The staff was so friendly and understanding. Unfortunately they didn't have any Manateas left but they gave me a store credit gift card. I appreciated it so much and it meant a lot to me. Will definitely keep...

I had to edit my rating… I saw a dress in the window the other day but didn’t have time to turn back to find it after going in and spending about $120. I decided I’d try to find it online, but am not happy about what I found. First, the two dresses I got are half off currently, but in store they were a buy one get one 30% off. Why have such a great deal online but not in store?

Second and even more upsetting… I have $30 in rewards to use that I was never told about. They are going to expire in a little under a month so I’m glad I found it, but why are they not telling you in store? I spent so much money and probably would have turned around and gotten the other dress if I’d saved the $30. So...

Like the other review there was an older lady that was very rude to us and chalked it up to having to keep the place in order but with her scolding the customers doing nothing, telling us we can't go to the dressing rooms ourselves and have to ask them when the DO NOT have a sign and we asked why and they said they aren't allowed.... What? And they talked bad about customers when we were checking out and the other older woman was validating the first for treating the customers like we were disorderly. Everyone was quietly shopping around us. It just was a very unprofessional store and I would have left if my friend didn't need a dress there. I won't be coming back unless...
