Came in 2 days ago to try on a new pair of bowling shoes. An older lady short, white shirt hair, glasses allowed me to try on 2 pairs between a 9 1/2 and 10. I decided to go with the 10. She cashed me out, gave me change, & just before I walked out the door I turned & asked may I have a receipt for this and she said if you may wear them around at your house on some carpet but as soon as you use them on the alley than I can’t return them. Today i was planning on going bowling. When I tried them on at home on my carpet they I wasn’t too sure & my buddy found a different brand & cheaper price that his dad has & the pro shop didn’t stock. When I arrived back at the store, the older lady wasn’t their & dealt with a short man bald goatee that was wearing an apron & seems to be their just for doing the mechanics of the bowling balls. When I told him I wanted to return it, he didn’t know the price of the merchandise & didn’t even have enough cash. He than said he can’t return it because I didn’t have a receipt so I asked if he could call her up to confirm what her and I discussed a couple days ago. Really good shop for all bowling needs. Just bought a new pair of "Hammer" Special Edition bowling shoes and new "Statement" ball . The shoes have amazing comfort and performance. The ball eats up the oily lanes and hooks well. I have a lesson scheduled along with more to follow. Up your game with lessons here. Also, bought an S2 slide pad for my old Dexters, a "Monster" shammy, Power wash, new finger tips for my 2 Hammer Black Widows, dull 1 ball and polish the other. Done in time for my league. I come here from now on. Prices above average but you're paying for convenience. I'll pay it because this place gives each customer personalized attention with great customer service. Great job...

Hands down best pro shop! Brad, Brian, and Mimi are all very knowledgeable, have helped us with our questions, and made great recommendations for our gear! In a world where we're used to dealing with stores always trying to upsell, it's awesome to find a shop where you can go for quality products, receive advice from extremely knowledgeable staff, and not feel pressured one bit!
