Went for brunch Saturday at 11:45am At Bareburger in Hartsdale NY and the place only had 4 tables with ppl and I was a single person so sat at the bar. Big Mistake!!!! Well the bartenders were so into their own conversations and game on TV they never asked if I needed any thing including water while my glass was clearly empty. I was served one glass of water and lucky for me I had water in my car to drink after my cold meal. The food took a Really really long time to come out and when I finally got it... it’s was cold.
Also need to mention the last few times prior to this visit seems they don’t have things which are on there brunch menu?!?
I placed my order and then 15 mins later had to change it because they didn’t have waffles last time before this visit It was sausages and the one before that one no quinoa hash brown. So basically each time I’ve gone they are out of brunch items.
Will say once again the place was basically empty When I entered and left and I was the only person eating at the bar along with 4 tables.
When I finally was able to wave and mouth I want my bill so I could pay and get heck out of there...the bill came and I was charged for two brunch meals!?!?!
Not sure what is going on in the place but there is zero customer service skills.
Last but not least went to the bath room before hitting the road and to my surprise not toilet paper anywhere?!?!
This Bareburger sucks so bad. I also go to Bareburger Mt. Kisco NY and it is night and day.
Even if I’m in the White Plains area I will never go back to the Bareburger in Hartsdale. Will save my self all the aggravation and eat where my presence is appreciated in Mt. Kisco’s Bareburger. I’ve never had an issue there and servers including bartending ate super attentive. I even complained to them there about the Hartsdale location being horrible.
Go to shake shack down the street and skip Bareburger Hartsdale if you want to enjoy...
Read moreWent here for the second time the other night. The first time we went we were super impressed. It was incredibly busy so we wound up sitting at the bar. The service was attentive and fun. The hot honey milkshake was different and delicious.
The burgers were interesting enough and the server made the experience so great we decided to go back. This experience was a polar opposite. It was busy again which was fine, we were expecting that. When we did get a seat they did not give us any place servings. We order milkshakes for three, appetizers, and our burgers. I was disappointed to see they had redone the menu and the items I really liked were gone (hot honey milkshake, duck bacon, some of the burger choices). They forgot to bring our milkshakes all together. When they finally brought the appetizers we still had no silverware, no napkins, and no milkshakes. When we asked the waitress for them she reacted like we were bothering her.
The management of the personnel is poor. The work was obviously not being distributed in a way to get everything done faster. The kitchen was noticeably struggling to get food out but it didn't look like they were getting any help from the front of house staff. And the lack of customer service made it worse. Then when we finished eating they did not even ask us if we wanted dessert or coffee they just brought the check.
For mediocre creativity with their burgers I don't think I would go back. Experiencing it once was enough. Kind of cool concept. Subpar execution in the...
Read moreSaw this place on a stop to Jersey Mike’s and wanted to try it. Was a bit skeptical after reading the recent one star review on maps. I avoided placing an order over the phone for I didn’t want to risk my order getting screwed up so I went into the restaurant. It’s a few miles from my house. Placed an order for two of the turkey burgers and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes so I went to CVS. Got back in just about 15 mins and the order was ready and was handed to me. It felt a bit light but didn’t prompt me to check the bag since it was stapled. I got home and handed my son the bag and when he opened it there were two orders of onion rings. I called the store immediately and they seem to be aware of the situation and offered me the correct items. I drove back to the restaurant and my order was still not ready after a 15/20 min drive. A few mins later the order was handed to me with two complimentary bottle of waters. Not even worth the fuel for my car. This place seem to lack a lot and it’s run by an old white dude who seems out of touch with reality. He’s probably running the business as a hobby or money laundering front. This place can’t be a legit and still in business. The burgers are frozen patties from probably Costco with a fancy bun and avocado. Gtfoh. What did I just eat. Go to Jersey Mike’s...
