I placed a Valentine’s preorder at the beginning of the week for delivery. Product never arrived. Their delivery service left it at the door of someone else’s house. They sent me a picture of the drop. The door house number reads 14 in big numbers but my house is 18. I don’t even know the house they dropped it at. And I called Nothing buntz and they said it’s not their problem. It’s Ubers issue and I have to contact Uber. I said No, I placed to order with you not Uber. It’s your problem to fix. I don’t even have a contact info for Uber and they said they couldn’t even give me one. So manager finally said she would call me back. This was Valentine’s Day. She never did. Been seeing this place all over tiktok so I decided to order to try the biscoff cookie butter. I ordered on doordash yesterday very excited to receive my order to try it. When I opened the bag they had put a touchdown snickers one in there and I couldn’t even call the place because they was already closed. Today I proceeded to call them and tell them about my issue mind you I live in new Rochelle and this location is in hartsdale so when I spoke to a manager I was put on hold 3 times which is understandable if it’s busy. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION! I was so excited to purchase a cake from here after having it at a party! .. the menu online said the 8in cake was 27$ in a box. However when I arrived at the store it was listed on the board as 32$. At the register the lady ringing me up charges me 40$ without tax! When I questioned the price difference she told me the online menu must be reflecting old prices (fine) But when I pointed to the sign literally behind her head - and asked how come I wasn’t being charged 32$ she just replied (not helpful or nice) that it was also an old price.
