Gong Cha — Restaurant in Town of Greenburgh

My expectations really trumped coming to this location. I wanted to try the new gingerbread cup brown sugar Boba & it was not possible in this flavor per the very rude and non helpful employee. He said it was only available in 3 other options which all seemed to be strawberry based. I spent over $18 & it was DISGUSTING all I tasted was MILK. I then asked him if I could PAY for another flavor and have it added to my gingerbread cup as it was truly unappetizing, & he gave me so much grief, made the other flavor DISGRUNTLED & refused to put on the accessories for my cup. What is wrong with people & their attitudes when customer service is all that is required? The bubble tea here isnt even tastey but I could've at least appreciated the NON existing kind gesture...

First time ordering here lucky to get their buy one get one deal $7.77…pretty nice, decent and neat place and friendly staff.

On the other hand I didn’t like the Pearl boba 🧋 because it’s not fully cooked in the middle I had to spit them out. I only ordered boba on my taro order the dirty brown milk tea is good.

Nothing compares to the taro from The Whale Tea cause they use fresh taro. Go Greenly has also good tasting taro it’s creamy. The ones at this Gong Cha location nothing special since it is powder and almost bland like Tous Les Jours. Just...

I love Gong Cha and was very happy to learn that there is now a location in Hartsdale! Super convenient especially since it’s on the way home for me. Sometimes I do my grocery shopping at the Trader Joe’s a few doors down and the last time I went, I decided to stop by this Gong Cha for some bubble tea. It was clean and the vibes in the store were immaculate! The staff are friendly and get your drink orders out in a timely manner. I will definitely return here for a post-grocery...
