I am a delivery driver independently contracted by a delivery service. When I receive an order it is my responsibility to pick the order up from the store and deliver it to the customer. Never have I experienced such a rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional delivery in my time working with this company. It was 8:40pm when I arrived at Kishuya when the store is supposed to close at 9pm. As soon as I walk through the door I was not greeted, instead the only words that came out of the female employees mouth was "we're closed." When I expressed that I was a delivery driver picking up an order, the female employee ignored me and asked for the keys to the door so that she could lock the door in my face. Since I realized that saying anything to this employee would be pointless, I expressed that I was not able to cancel the order and that they would have to do it on their part. Instead of doing such thing, the employee told me "No, you have to cancel the order." I repeated to her that I cannot do that, I don't have the capability as a delivery driver to do so and she simply ignored me and walked me out the door then continued to slam the door in my face and lock it. This was at 8:40pm and as I have said before, the store closes at 9pm. I have never been treated with such disrespect in all my time working with this delivery service. I hope that action is taken to correct this disrespectful attitude and this does not happen to another customer. I do not recommend this business to any customers and I will definitely not be delivering for this...
Read moreThis is a great place. My wife and I have been coming here since they've first opened and were two of their very first customers. Several staff have come and gone over the years, but the few that have remained are still the same helpful and generous individuals that were there since the beginning. The ramen broth is flavorful and not oversaturated with fat and msg like some choice “ramen” or hybrid ramen places tend to be. We think a good rule of thumb is when individuals of a particular region of the world are lining up and dining in an establishment like this, then it must be authentic and/or of good quality. We haven’t been disappointed from a meal hear and will continue coming back for our ramen fix. My wife usually sticks with the vegetable ramen (Yasai), while I usually go with the Chashumen. The pork in the Chashumen is very tender and pork-based broth is not salty. In addition, we both LOVE this place because of our favorite addition: SPICE BOMB! Spice bomb is really a collection of spices rolls up into a ball which is then used to place into and dissolve in your broth; love this! Our other go to was to get addition roasted garlic to add to our ramen, but unfortunately this is not an option anymore. Kishuya is a small gem of a place on a busy section of Central Av. In Hartsdale. We don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
Our favorites in order: Yasai Chashumen Chicken...

I ordered the Shoyu Tonkotsu Ramen, from the lunch menu and I also add some extra chicken and corn to my Ramen, all lunch special in this restaurant come with a salad with carrot dressing, I also order some fried rice on the side. .
The Salad that is included in the lunch special was very good and the dressing, it was just right.
The Fried Rice: Had a good taste, and the portion is enough to share between two people.
Shoyu Tonkotsu: is a Kishuya original seasoning soy sauce and tonkotsu (pork) broth, topped with pork chashu, ni tamago, naruto, menma, nori and scallion.
The portion was very big and adding the extra chicken and corn give it a extra touch, the noodle had a good taste, the soup was not that hot, both of the meat, were very juicy and gentle soft. I enjoy it very much, I will definitely...
