US Storage Centers — Local services in Town of Greenburgh

Stopped by US Storage in Tarrytown to look into a unit and pricing. Jonathan was incredibly informative and helpful all while being professional and efficient while having to multitask with other clients, as the only one working the front office at that time. During those times I was also able to witness his competency, professionalism and kindness while dealing with what seemed like a more difficult/sensitive client issue.

The facility is clean, secure, has a diverse range of unit sizes, and even makes use of local street signs to help navigate the maze of units on each floor!

Ultimately, based on my explanation of what I needed and my budget he found a great available unit that checked all the boxes, walked me through the charges and polices in detail, and got a contract set up.

I’ve used a number of storage facilities through the years as an apartment owner, and am grateful to be working with US Storage in Tarrytown, and hope to be doing so for the next few years to come.

I rarely write reviews, but this U.S. Storage on Wildey St is a gem and deserves extra recommendations. It is clean, secure, and convenient with a good parking/loading zone.
