Unfortunately, the landlord went with a different tenant for the apartment my family and I were interested in renting in Riverdale.

However, I wanted to write a review on the level of professionalism and straightforwardness I experienced with this realty company. We worked with Aric and he kept my wife informed throughout every step from making an appointment to view the apartment, showing up on time and the application process. He also had the courtesy to notify us right away on the status of the apartment.
